Good day!
1. When BOSP it will be Departure report. When we arrive in Suez, EOSP - it will be Arrival report? and after daily reports. After BOSP again send Departure report ? after arrive in port of destination EOSP - Arrival report? all correct?
2. And also, shall we need to calculate distance from Berth to BOSP for departure report? or it will calculate automatically when we insert coordinates BOSP?
3. And same we need to calculate distance from EOSP to berth or drop anchor? for Arrival Report?

1. Bosp & Eosp concept Correct and yes again daily noon after BOSP upon departure Suez (you need to send a departure report first once u declare BOSP)
Finally again EOSP upon arrival, yes u are correct

All distances to be recorded only between BOSP and EOSP, if drop anchor upon arrival there must be a EOSP so you need to calculate till that EOSP
To calculate Voyage loaded or ballast voyage average you need to sum up all that between BOSP and EOSP, and divide by time for that part only
