- Baseball cards in a binder are, in my opinion, the purest form of collecting. Binders filled with 1950s baseball cards from the original owner... Sheesh! They're iconic, nostalgic, and brimming with history. Last Christmas, my father-in-law gifted me a couple of binders packed with these vintage gems, including several rare autographs. In this episode, I unveil the treasures these binders hold and share the stories behind these incredible finds!

That binder beats the heck out of rip-off PSA any day of the week!
💯Amen. I think people get too caught up in buying & collecting slabs. Binder is just pure collector stuff.
The Thorpe rookie is actually in the 19 teens for baseball and 33 Sport Kings for Football.
Just got your channel in my feed. You taking the cards out of the binder was making me nervous of additional damage…. Maybe I have an issue, lol…. But such a cool story, I’ll toss you a sub!
Haha, I understand 🤣 Thank you!! Fun to share with others who appreciate them.
That 1955 four horsemen card is a banger!
❤️ Love this collection. It beats the overpriced new stuff anytime! My collection ranges from 5:05 to present day. I find myself leaning towards the vintage more & more. But remember today's cards will be vintage to my grandchildren. 😊
Those football cards from the 50s are amazing!!!
Agreed!! Wish I would've came across the Jim Thorpe but still so cool.
What a gift and for him to have collected those as a young man and save all this time to bestow to you is quite the honor. Cherish them and never sell them unless you have to to help your family or someone
Couldn't agree more, thank you!!
