What rear tire do you run? Really trying to find a decent tire for my Busa that’s got a high speed and high temp rating but can’t find the perfect fit.
Dam thought i would be first to comment. Cant decide between gsxr and zx10r. I have woolich racing for tuning around the corner. Love the psycho top end pull of the ninja almost like a big turboed car with not massive low end and midrange torque then boom huge topend pull. Love it guys keep the videos coming.😀
@DarkSide Ultimate, or have a rider in front raise his left hand to signal the start. That way neither of the two racers has an advantage over the other. The guys who does the head bob or blows the horn has the advantage. The other racers are just reacting to him, which makes their launch a split second slower. With someone in front raising their left hand its fair because the racers are reacting to the same thing and not each other. Who's to say the horn blower wont squeeze the throttle while simultaneously blowing the horn.
I have a question... Why do you guys lower your bikes but don't lower your bodies while pulling? There's only one or two of you that can actually race on the motorcycle, if you can tuck in you'll pull way harder specially at high speeds! Slower bikes are winning because the riders can tuck in while the riders on the faster bikes don't. Everything counts, and I'm talking about tucking in only because it's the only thing I can criticise based on the video. Still, awesome bikes, love your videos!
They also should keep slight pressure on the clutch lever. I see their foot hanging down then all the way back up for a shift. I got much faster after I improved this. P.S... I'm just a noobie, but I see what's happening.
@@ReshardsAutomotiveWorkshop Almost all of the bikes have quickshifter, slight pressure on the clutch lever only works while braking at the same time and only at the start of the race and if you pull at lower RPM's, I think that's not the case on these races.
When I moved to Dallas, that’s all there was to do is straight line FAST..and here you guys are still doing it 20 years later. I used to fly by the Galleria at about 175 on my 91 gixxer and that was pushing that bike waaay past red.
At 1:14 the Hayabusa has a gsxr 1000 tail conversion. Did the rider do all the work himself instead of buying a kit? Cause every kit that I find, the tail is way to high. I really like how his sits.
I agree. But I literally think it’s just lowered. All 1000 tails naturally sit like that, until you slam it. Then it becomes more parallel. It’s just lowered a lot wether it’s custom or a kit
There is more but this race just shows when the boost kicks in there ain't a thing you can do. Some one tried to nitros at the top end when they sore the turbo kick in and did nothing to stop it passing lol. Not this busa but someone else's.
