Exactly what I was thinking!
Makes you think maybe plankton should should get the krabby formula, he’d probably run an honest, and clean business. In fact Mr.Krabs probably is aware of this and knows that he wouldn’t be able to get away the shit he pulls because he’d actually have competition. And at the same time plankton would probably be fulfilled with running a successful restaurant chain and not come up with evil schemes. So not only Mr.krabs put his employees and customers health at risk, he actually makes bikini bottom a worse place because his fear of honest competition puts the whole town of bikini bottom at risk.

In the old days, Krabs and Plankton were two sides of the same coin. Now Krabs is a restaurant version of EA. Also to everyone thinking that SpongeBob would be a better manager. SpongeBob's loyalty to his boss has essentially brainwashed him into being Eugene's personal minion.
This makes me wish that Mr. Krabs was taken to court and actually forced to pay his employees all the money he has made off of them as well as spending time in prison.. He definitely doesn't qualify as a boss of a fast food restaurant. SpongeBob and Squidward deserve way more money than Mr. Krabs does.

The chronolgoical series finale for Spongebob Squarepants is the movie, released 15 years ago. However, the Krusty Krab is the Kloned Krab in that film, being characterised as 'Krusty Krab 2'. Chronologically, he would have to have become bankrupt and lost his restaurant for a plot like that, but he would have to redeem himself and repurchase the original Krusty Krab so the whole story of Spongebob is sensible.

yes but one day i wish he can actually make a difference. Mr Krabs made him do ridiculous thing or he's fired even outside work so i wish he can say he doesn't like this job anymore because of krabs and wont go back till he gets the respect and pay he deserves

Unfortunately, that can't happen. While Spongebob is a frycook most fast food companies would kill to have, how annoying he is would 9 times out of 10, get him fired for his shenanigans. That's a realistic answer, but the actual answer is that it would cut out two fan favorite characters, it would (mostly) cut out Squidward, and completely cut out Mr. Krabs. But I prefer Squidward to Mr. Krabs anyway so that wouldn't be a problem for me. The problem would be for the children who the show is targeted at, they would hate seeing Squidward more than Mr. Krabs, as little kids are meant to not like Squidward, as he's supposed to be relatable for adults. As a kid, how much did you like Mr. Krabs over Squidward? For me at least, it was a lot. That's why Spongebob will never stand up to Mr. Krabs with the only exception being the series finale. (Which isn't exactly fun to think about)

We all want Plankton to be the winner, he deserves it.
I used to work in a restaurant and I can count 7 things on this list on why that restaurant shut down. I was wrongfully let go. A former friend/coworker told me everything. Another time, someone dropped food on the ground and put it back in the box, Contaminated everything. They even sabotaged a family’s dinner. Dirty drink cups and contaminating the food. Family got food poisoned and e’coli. 6 months after it happened, the place was shut down.
