This guy seems pretty good at Trackmania! Documentary worthy performance
So true!
Yes, you are right.

I know! I hope we see more of him in future competitions
He also looks very handsome and probably has a girlfriend named Anna 🤔 *cough cough*

erm why do i have this many likes my consistency isn't even there i paid attention to the convo for about 10 minutes
I was there 30 minutes before. Then a friend came over for emotional advice and i missed about an hour. Then rejoined to see it was done and I'd missed it.
Important lesson here. Do not help your friends.
😂
@@marinusvandeventer3175 I really hope you aren’t serious:)
Helping is overrated. I saw an old lady spill her oranges from her shopping cart and i carried on watching knowing this was the 4th time wirtual got to floor 16 this run. This. Was It.
@@marinusvandeventer3175 moral of the story: don't have friends!
You fell 1636 times but you got up 1637 times. The thing I noticed the most was the positive self talk. Incredible resilience sir!
I love the irony of how the conversation in the beginning is about existentialism while Wirtual is playing some game that, up to that point, feels like rolling the stone of Sisyphus uphill.
My theory is that the talk in the beginning freed Wirtual's mind, significantly contributing to how relaxed he was for the rest of the run.
7:12 Two fermions sittin in a hot tub, five femtometers apart cause they're not gay
E
I feel like I just got thrown into the deep end with the monologue Jnic was on when this run started holy
Ya same I was so lost
That peak heat rate of 176 was frightneing. Thought he would faint on stream after that!
Again, mega congratualts to you Wirtual!
"do whatever makes you happy" - Jnic 2024
Also Jnic - "i have a folder with just cats"
Based as hell
This is probably the most interesting Deep Dip run ever, even without the finish. The fails, the saves, the cameo ft. Sami, the chat (philosophy + the clip at 1:07:47), all culminate to pure entertainment. Then Wirt actually beat the map as a cherry on top. Epic. Can't wait to see a documentary about this on the second channel one day :^)
I came to watch Wirtual complete Deep Dip 2, I left with a deeper understanding of philosophy
imagine you were not in the streams, you start this clip and you get a full hard blown physics lesson. Man, I loved the grind, jnic and samis company and that you finally did it, wirtual!
I feel happy for you to finally get DD2!
"Why is he crying for beating this thing". Said a clueless person one time. Congrats Wirtual
E
This map is kind of crazy, I've got 50 hours in Trackmania (~20 hours on DD2), not much, and it took me 3.5 hours to get to 43% WITH CHECKPOINTS.
I can only say I have a huge amount to respect to anyone that even attempts this map.
Also it was awesome to witness this live!
Just remember that the people who have beat this have 10s of thousands of hours on this game, so for 50 hours, even with checkpoints, it is still really good
honestly 3.5 hours is crazy fast for only 50 hours in tm
@@medford. Thanks, I play another game where I see a lot of resemblance to deep dip, it's a community made game mode in Counter-strike, called KZ, like TrackMania you have to be the fastest to complete a map, There's a global leaderboard, you do this by parkouring through the map across gaps and ladders, surfs, ramps, there is a lot of technical and precise input required. I have probably about 1000 hours in that game mode, and 4000 more hours for regular CS.
The difficulty with deep dip is the fact that if you fall you have to restart, there are maps like this in KZ, but in KZ having checkpoints is optional, you can create your own anywhere at any time, completing a map with out using checkpoints is considered a pro run, which much like DD is hard for maps where one mistake can destroy all your progress.
he could also do a dip deep into mayonnaise and slide across the floor
E
Now that would be content
Talking philosophy while climbing a tower is a script as old as time, yet endless in its entertainment
was not expecting the philosophy/physics talk right from the start but we love it lol
If possible, it would be really good to splice all his personal bests together. So when he falls on one personal best run, it cuts to the next personal best run at the point he got past that fall, then when that falls it cuts to the next one at the point he previously failed, and so on all the way up to the top so we can see his incremental progress
Great idea!
from 80 heart rate to 177...
Heartrate at 170 is insane... that is close to what an F1 driver has during qualifying laps. People do not understand how hard and stressful this is. THIS is what impresses me with so many TM players, the insane amount of grinding and never giving up.
I can't believe THE run was jnic half remembering physics the whole time LMAOO
"You're just gonna drive, and listen, I guess."
Real friend type beat. Sometimes I want to just ramble on about something I have a passion for and I like hearing other people talk about their passion even if I don't really care about the subject.
Man, I watched so many hours of this and managed to be there when he finished. So happy for you dude.
I watched the last 15 minutes or so. Magnificent. I'm so used to Wirtual being super relaxed and sunny that it was quite something to see how emotional he was at the end. Tremendous focus in recovering from that final fall.

We can call him Wirtual Prime but we all know it's Mufat.

its crazy to think, no matter how unlikely it is to one shot deep dip 2, as long is the probability ist bigger than 0, a world exists where somone one-shottet dd2 (if the theory is correct)
Great job jnic and gratulations Wirtual. Love to see a finished run and its even better with jnics commentary. so educational on different levels!
Congratualtions! I have been watching the original Deep Dip 2 streams always anticipoationg the next record. Glad to see you having achieved that goal. Great stuff, can't wait to see more from you in the future!
Watching everyday for the entire first month, it was tough to see him have to pause on the climb. I'm so happy that Wirt was able to come back and dominate this behemoth once and for all.
As a physicist it's so funny to listen to jnic ramble on in the beginning, because everytime he mentions a new physics term I can almost hear him thinking:
"Ah damn I'm gonna have to explain what that word means now 😅"

Maaan, I watched all 200+ hours from the very start, and I don't regret it lol
These daily deep dip 2 streams literally got me through the stress of A/levels.
I'm so happy was there live when he beat the map.
Congrats Wirtual! We're all so insanely proud.
There were so many interesting topics of discussion at the beginning of this attempt, cool)
17:50 Briefly: Deja vu is a disruption of synchronization between long-term and short-term memory. Information is immediately written into long-term memory (bypassing short-term memory), and what is happening in real time is compared with what is retrieved from long-term memory, as if it had been there for a long time.
Btw gratz)
I've never touched this game but i fall asleep to your videos every night. I love what you've done for all of us. Love you pookie

bro Jnic is absolutely on one in this god damn.
I watched this live and it was incredible! Sami and Jnic's reaction when Wirtual finished was awesome! Their happiness for Wirtual was heartwarming and shows them to be really good people cheering on and celebrating their friend's victory. To Wirtual, Congratulations on this accomplishment. It was emotional, inspiring and a reminder why I subbed to you. I can't wait to see what you do next.
Having a full pledged fluent philosophical conversation whilst near-flawlessly driving up to 80% height is just mind boggling
I was lucky enough to see it live, but had to rewatch the entirety again, magical stuff, love to see it.
I hope there's gonna be a proud epic video about all the process behind this, because this really deserves a documentary.

Our green timer has fulfilled its job here, I’m proud of it. The bittersweet feeling of the green becoming blue will never be forgotten. Also gg wirtual
the yapping from jnic is incredible, love it you 2 are dream duo
Congrats! What a journey.
This run specifically gets me emotional because not to long before this one wirtual failed a jump that kinda got him a bit too much in his own head, I think JNic noticed and this whole conversation as the beginning wasn't so much for entertaining the audience. It felt to me as Jnic's way of caring about a friend and helping wirtual to get back on a good mental
Obviously this is a wirtual achievement, his merit, his effort and all. But it's wholesome to see how having friends to support you along hard endeavors can make for a better journey
Props to Sami too, it is cool he was there to watch wirtual Beat the map
all i kept thinking these past few streams is how lucky anyone would be to have a friend like Jnic these past few days. he adapted to Wirtual's mindsets pretty quickly and did his absolute best to keep an entire audience that he's not fully familiar with engaged and entertained... man is a living legend for doing this
Janic talking about human particles is now immortalised in history.
I really like the way Jnic expresses himself and his opinions. Sounds like a great guy.
Congrats on your FIRST EXTREME DEMON!!!

yea and like... did dd1 not count?
13:19 " like i wont have purpose after i beat this map," - wirtual on the attempt he beats the map
This whole journey was incredible to watch. I remember months ago watching replays of streamers “finally” getting to floor 8. As they progressed, the actual race to be the first to complete the map was insane. You might not have been the first to finish, but your journey was definately the most fun to watch in my eyes. Massive GG’S man.
Its fun seeing someone give up,not touch thing a thing for months, get practise, unlike others who beat it,adn then takea few days to beat it?

Great job Wirtual! To celebrate you should take a deep dip in some mayonnaise and slide around on the floor!
I gotta say i did not expect a philosophical physics lecture by jnic when i first started😅
I feel like I've been watching this for an hr and I'm only 15 minutes in. Couldn't imagine trying to beat this.
I love this, its so wholesome. Feels like a conversation with the homies
That ending had me emotional man i hope ypu inspired others as much as you have me man! Congratulations and thank you sincerely!
Title could’ve been ‘yapping for 200 hours while suffering in trackmania’
being here live was an awesome moment, so proud of you and glad to have been a part of this climb with you!
Honestly, I love how they talk about their interests. My main one is nuclear energy, accidents/disasters, and other ideas of power generation. I love reading up on new ideas, like antimatter power generation, or, my fave idea from sci-fi, harnessing energy from a singularity of a black hole.
4:04 my multiverse message is officially immortalized 😂, I saw you complete it live after all these months of following!!!
In case anyone is convinced by the infinite universe theory at the start, know that Wirtual is right: it's made up and wrong. That whole theory is only true if any volume in the universe is *randomly* filled with matter. But it's not. As far as we know, the laws of physics are the same everywhere and everything in the universe obeys those rules - matter doesn't randomly assemble. So although the exact same Wirtual could be supposed to exist somewhere, or even an infinite number of times, that doesn't a.) have to be the case as a matter of fact and b.) certainly doesn't mean that any Wirtual imaginable would actually come to pass somewhere. There may be some subtle reason why a Wirtual that would decide to run Deep Dip 2 100x in a row (let alone succeed in doing so) cannot possibly exist according to the laws of the universe - and given how insane that person would have to be, it's not too hard to see that's actually reasonable to assume.
I think JNic was mis-stating the argument. It isn't about an infinite universe. It is about an infinite number of possible universes.
@@SylviusTheMad I do agree that it wasn't formulated very tightly, but even if the number is infinite, that says nothing about what is possible, and what the likely distribution is. In an infinite universe, it's still the same particles and fields everywhere, and similar initial conditions. And even without that, infinite space does not imply infinite possibilities. This is a popular misconception and it seem like it's this logical trap that JNic steps into as well. Having said that, you'd need more of conversation to get the details of what he thinks and believes of course.
I watched the streams for the first attempts every night for a month. Was an interesting thing to fall asleep to, Glad he was able to come back and finally beat it. And without turning into a pyramid.
Would be cool to see a highlight/lowlight wheel including funniest fails and biggest POGS
yeah thats what i was expecting :( i remember one of the first messi jumps he did and just bounced out. i laughed so hard at this :D
We started looking for black holes because some bloke wrote an equation describing how the universe works and then people were like “no it’s wrong, this number goes to infinity it has to be wrong” but then Einstein was like “no it just means that this tiny ass thing with enough mass that it’s gravity is too strong for light to escape exists” and then everyone was like “no that can’t be true, such a singularity can’t exist and then we found a bunch of black holes and now people believe einstein
Learning about quantum physics while watching deep dip works surprisingly well together.
Those tears of release and happiness I could feel through the screen so hard. I was sobbing in happiness for wirtual here. I am not even a trackmania player but watching someone push through something like this is just some of the best human narrative you can possibly experience. I love your shit Wirtual!
Now blindfolded.
Jnic tweaking will forever be immortalized in the first 20 minutes of this run. It's gotta be easy to lose your mind after being on this course for 2,000 hours

This run was SO GOOD to watch live. I legit cheered for you with my bro for an hour after!~
Holy shit! 170+ heart rate for a game where you just sit. Good job Wirt!
First of all congratulations for the completion of Deep Dip 2 Wirtual !
And for those who are wondering about how and why "Déjà-vu" occurs (I'll say this now, I am no biologist, so I don't know every terms and thus I'll explain it in my own words). "Déjà-vu" has to do with how functions your eyes and how the brain interprets images.
Your eyes capture two 2D images of your environment separately, and your optical nerve brought them to a certain part of your brain which will interpret those two images to make a single 3D one. That's roughly what happens when everything works normally.
But when, for some reason, the two images don't come at the same time to your brain, your brain will interpret the first one like begin a memory coming from your long term memory when the second arrives for interpretation which causes a "Déjà-vu"
Regarding Jnics infinite hypotheses, in maths an infinite number being normal is a much stronger condition than it being random! No guarantees of infinite Wirtuals unfortunately!

Huh did Jnic study physics and astronomy? The fact he talks about degeneracy and Pauli Exclusion theory in a Trackmania stream is so funny
Forget about the Deep Dip 2 climb, I was more focused on him explaining physics
Didn't Wirtual in one of the videos mentioned that Jnic is a physics teacher?
He did study physics at uni
