    I’m horrible at grilling. I use Sous Vide for steaks. It takes longer but I don’t mute up the 🥩. Seeing this video makes me want to try grilling but I think I’ll wait to see your future vids.

    That's a great Kamado with the SNS feature too at 3 level cooking. ABC did good. Nice unboxing. Good thing you had the big guy there. Hope he stuck around for the feed. lol I guess he didn't cas he could've handled that rack by himself. Nice first cook.

    Now that you have used both briquettes and lump, what are your thoughts on the difference and why have I only seen people using lump with the SnS Kamado and never briquettes? Does ABC recommend this?

    • @alexvanhorssen7914
      @alexvanhorssen7914 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear whoever you are
      I am a dealer of Kamado joe, Monolith, The Bastard and some other kamado's. Briquettes are made with some kind of glue, when briquettes are not hot enough the glue spreads cancer. Normally spoken that is not a problem on normal bbq it wil blow away, however in a kamado it will get into your stone/ceramics and it will leave cancer in your bbq besides that you are trapping your flesh with cancer.
      Sorry don't know much English, but this will give you enough understanding I hope
