I'll be taking the example project I made and turning it into a working project in the browser. Stay tuned!

This is a neat trick to tackle the problem of unable to think of project ideas that are unique. With AI there can be some really unique looking projects one can showcase.

This was amazing! I would have seen this in passing and thought that it was an actual item in the market. Great job!!
Do you have any tips with presenting this type of work in the portfolio. For example, should it be labeled a fake project or personal project? Or should it be presented as a real project? Things like that…

Excellent! (The early 90s synth music was a bit tough to take after a while, but I digress... :) My thought was of course it's ok to feature a sample design in your portfolio. Just be honest and not try to make it look like it's a real client. I have design concepts in my portfolio and state that the design is for sale, and if you buy it we will take it off the market so it will be uniquely yours.

Love this video. One thing that i noticed was the fact that you didn't name your layers :) What is your take on naming layers and is it important for design handoff later on?

Concepts never get you a decent job: unless you base it around a real life briefing.

Allan Peters entire portfolio is not real, completely made out of made-up projects, and he has over one million followers.
So, you can definitely do it too! 🙏👏

Followers, not clients. He does social media. Not business work.
