Same this suspension issue came in my tata safari the car was broght 6 months ago only , but after many debates and many argues the service centre fixed that problem in 10 to 15 days

Indian origin car manufacturers need to pull up their quality big time. Learning about quality at customer expense will not do.
The swat belt issue is because possibly someone put the belt latch in the wrong slot. The the slots are specific to the seat belt they are meant for. If yiu put one latch in the wrong slot, it will permanently damage it.

Aisa hi hota hai jab log car le lete hain but use karna nahi aata. Khud galat slot main fit karne ka try karo and then blame the company for it. I have checked in my car... The buckle for the middle seat is different than the side seats. That's why he's unable to lock it.

i have xuv 700 diesle automatic AX7 L 8 months ago...driven 15000km... absolutely no issues at all.. no suspensions noise...everything perfect..!!! very smooth engine, good gear shift, no noise inside cabin, great music system, city mileage 13-14 and highway mileage 16-17. till now no issues with service centre.

You should mention kaha sa buy Kiya ( so others will avoid) in Noida.
Raheja pehli baar suna hain. Have seen your reviews with same car where you went for Himachal trip sometime back.
Hoping your problems be resolved soon but service is not good same i experienced while buying my car. Tata is not good either for me but hoping no service problem comes for me.
Tata and Mahindra both are same in term’s of after sales service but after this video mahindra will fix all the problems in this xuv700 without any argument but in case of tata this not possible cause they don’t care about bad reviews on social media that my experience till now
Tata is much much more worse than Mahindra , i owned xuv500 and Safari (old model) and yes Mahindra is not exceptionally great but mahindra is light year ahead of Tata in terms of after sale service and quality control! Tata parts quality were pathetic and after sale service is a another horror story,
One difference between tata and mahindra is , mahindra will never leave u at the mercy of Dealer , in my case Mahindra pressurise dealer so much that even the CEO of that dealership apologise in front of me personally, but TATA is a so pathetic that they leave u at the mercy of dealer , whenever i call tata customer care to complain about dealer they always transfer my call to dealer itself 🤦🏻♂️ and said only he can help me ! I got so furious that i am complaining about someone and u rerouting me to them only ! Apna palla jhaad liya tata ne , bola dealer se karo jo baat karni hai , that day i decided not to buy TATA ever in my life nor i will recommend it to my friends and family.

Build quality achi h lekin peace of mind bhi toh chahiye. Har koi thodi 2-3 saal me gadi badalta h. 10 saal chalane wale bhi hote h
I also had the same problem of the suspension. My dealer Agarwal motors Robertgang U.P. replaced both the front suspension free of cost. But after few days its the same. The suspension of xuv700 is faulty.
That sound is due to FSD in xuv 700...
Mahindra is still searching for the solution to this problem

Each and every time Company is not faulty ....but some of the employs works in it not behave and work properly ............................and unable to solve customer complaints properly and gives silly excuses in returns ................these employes spoil company reputation in customers point of View ................As i see this vedio this person is very calm and patiencefull he talk very humble manner as he spend 22 lakh ...................but why company worshop persons keep his car for 10 days and doing nothing just wasting customers time ...............................Company should take inspection about this .....................afterall Mahindra is in one of the top leading brands in india

For a price this low, when we start to expect stability of a Mercedes is where we customers go wrong. With Mahindra, it is very important to buy extended warranty. Specially for the electronic cluster. I have owned a 2015 XUV 500. beautiful vehicle, no doubts. I drive very carefully, and I don't misuse the car at all. almost 8yrs now I can still drive this car for another 7yrs. For you to analyze my driving, my car has done 81k Km and the same original tyres can still do good for another 25k Km. Yes, will not deny that service is very expensive... never below 22k. The music system went faulty in the 4th year. costed me 7k to get it repaired from the authorized NIPPON company. Apart from this there has been no issue at all. Yes, with this new variant of XUV 500 that we now call as XUV700, which is heavily loaded with electronics, there may be a higher chance of failures. So be practical and buy the Insurance on the electronics or take it from an external insurer.

The Lower front arm suspension is under recall and he should reach out to the nearest service center to get it replaced, that would completely resolve the noise issue from the suspension.
