@Arun Panwar - I believe someone has hit your car on the curb. This may not be you. This could have happened in the factory, showroom, during factory test drive or during transit from factory to showroom when they take the cars in big containers. Damage happens to cars when they de-board the cars on the ramp and if the ramp is not fully down, the car will fall on the floor. Even with a small drop there should be damage to the shocks and tie rod. When this happens, steering alignment changes and pulls to the left or right if the car has hit the curb. See below diagnosis. Usually car dealers and showrooms do not check this. Since the damage is not visible exterior on the car and they will never think about damage to the mechanism due to this issue. What to Do After Hitting a Curb Hitting a curb at speeds of just 5-10 mph is enough to cause significant damage. Even if the impact feels insignificant, you should still pull over to assess the damage. Check the tire, especially the sidewall, for damage. Even if the wheel looks fine, save for some scuffs, we still recommend bringing in your car for inspection. Possible Damage from Hitting a Curb Tire misalignment: A curb impact can mess with the tire alignment. Even a slight misalignment can affect the steering and suspension. Damage to the latter can also affect the shocks and steering wheel rod. Tire rod damage: Hitting a curb could damage the tie rods, which connect the wheels and steering wheel. A damaged tie rod will compromise steering, especially on wet and icy roads. Damaged control arm: The control arm enables upward and downward motion of the suspension while keeping the spindles and axles in place. A compromised control arm leads to excessive vibration in the steering wheel. Damaged wheel bearing: the wheel bearing is susceptible to damage from the abrupt force of hitting a curb. If you notice a jitter when turning the wheel, then you may have a damaged bearing.

I have Tata nexon xms petrol from last 1 year and trust me I didn’t have a single minor problem from my car the performance is top notch I also have left side pulling problem and in my 2nd free service they resolved it and Tata service is also good in my opinion but everyone has there own experiences so don’t make fun of any company ki Tata hai to essa hoga hi….
I own XUV500 for past 10 years and yes left pull is the serious issue with XUV500. The reason is its front wheel alignment disturbs immediately within 50 km of driving after the alignment. Especially the left wheel alignment. This issue is the product defect or you can say design defect and can not be rectified. Mahindra should have rectified it while 700 was in development process. Now nothing can be done.

Done 8k on my XUV 700 Ax7 petrol, minor issues till date which were swiftly resolved by Mahindra... It's such an awesome car, no other car even comes close! ADAS is just perfect, spot on lane detection and tested automatic emergency braking level 3 with service center guys as well. This vehicle has been manufactured with great R&D no doubt.
