Ls_Eater I think it has something to do with the fact you have a premium. If you had a base model then the track app issue wouldn't exist. Honestly the only track app I use in my S550, other than line lock and launch control specific to the S550, is the accelerometer.

I'm going to assume that the decklid peeling is a result of using a higher pressure sprayer when cleaning the car. I have washed mine by hand and just rinse it off with the garden hose for years and still no peeling.
Kara G it’s a low pressure foam cannon, and it did this twice before I owned or used the foam cannon. If I don’t touch it with my hands, it doesn’t peel.
Most of these are nitpicks but 2 of them are legit criticisms of quality control. And I wholly agree that they should be using a T56 or something better from the factory in manual models. I own a 1st gen myself and I kept it mostly stock for a few years now but my mind still runs wild with possible mods.
Why do you have a Mustang? On the brakes, did you actually do some stopping distances with the factory brakes vs brembo? what did they save you in distance? gauges? that's a personal preference. If your going over 160 you better be watching the road. deck lid, what are you cleaning it with? I'm betting your never satisfied with anything..
When I bought my S550 gt literally in the first month swapped out the clutch, Barton shifter, weighted shift knob and a new clutch peddle spring lol finally drives pretty close to how I wanted/expect
The one thing you didn’t mention is the vents on the hood letting all the water in as you wash it, I used to put towels on my engine as I washed it to catch all that .....
Did not know that about the deck lid! I actually never touch mine tho because it’s piano black.i use my wrist lol anyway you forgot to mention the infamous aluminum hood...or mayb you don’t know about that yet..? You should tho I have a 14 and noticed the beginning stages of the corrosion
to be honest I like that gauge cluster better than the 2015-2017 model year, the newer cars still rock that old ass font but I think they took a step back in terms of aesthetics for the 2015-2017 year.
Yeah I drove a friend's 2014 GT and the MT82 was sloppy as shit and the stock clutch felt weird. I think Ford did do some revisions with the S550 MT82s because my '17 GT's MT82 feels smoother, less sloppy, and has better clutch feel than a '14.
Seems pretty miniscule issues. although the tr6060 can hold more power as far as quality of Shifting you're not correct in that matter. It has plenty of it's own issues

That's the best tire cleaner/dresser over the counter. Lasts a long time and leaves then deep dry natural black and not some wet shinny greaser look. Oh yea, it last a long time.

S550 come with brembo, and mt82 mgw mcleod rxt clutch steed steel clutch line , and no missed shifts anymore on high hp, (whipple 2.9 on a 18psi pulley )
They don’t come with rear brembos, and missed shifts isn’t the factor, I’ve got a McLeod rst, steel flywheel, and mgw shifter as well as the steel line and a separate expansion tank for clutch fluids. The transmission is still knotchy and s ticking time bomb under higher power.
Honestly, the rear calipers come that way so you can throw a 15” drag wheel on without removing or grinding.

I bought a car that I knew would have these problems,then modified it and bitched about it...
The small rear brakes make it easy to put drag pack wheels on, and if you have a handheld tuner (SCT or Lund) you can configure it to display mph
