  • Video shows a Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy pulling over a man for speeding on an Arizona highway only to discover that he was drinking a beer while driving in June 2022. The man, who was not identified, called Deputy Frank Sloup a “f**king dirtbag” and told him he would punch him in the face if he wasn’t in handcuffs.

Open container, slurred speech, inability to form a full and complete sentence, exceeding the speed limit over 10 miles per hour, and failing to maintain lane position while traveling at a high rate of speed, failing to use navigation signals.

correct on all counts except in most states "criminal" speed is 20 mph over the limit. Frank also often just writes tickets for "normal" speeding even if they are 20 mph over the limit which greatly reduces the cost and points on their license. IMO he is one of the most fair officers out there with a great sense of humor.

He can’t even testify in court now because of it and prosecutors won’t touch any case he brings forth. Just so that everyone knows, he’s a horrible cop and a horrible human being. And no insurance. THATS why it’s scary. They cause a car accident, injure or kill somebody and they are not held accountable, because a lot of times they don’t own a home and there is no recourse but to go against your own insurance company IF you have “uninsured motorist”. The insurance company will later raise your insurance rates or drop you. I will be disabled for the rest of my life and live in pain daily, because others were speeding, not paying attention, and not abiding by the laws, and they could care less about how different my life and my family is now.

Just when I think I’ve lost respect for law enforcement this pops up on the algorithm. Finally an officer who in fact does hold all the cards doesn’t feel the need to destroy someone. He’s changed my perspective. Thank you for posting
