- Video shows a Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy pulling over a man for speeding on an Arizona highway only to discover that he was drinking a beer while driving in June 2022. The man, who was not identified, called Deputy Frank Sloup a “f**king dirtbag” and told him he would punch him in the face if he wasn’t in handcuffs.

Dude is a perfect example of the kind of person who is absolutely getting what they deserve.
correct on all counts except in most states "criminal" speed is 20 mph over the limit. Frank also often just writes tickets for "normal" speeding even if they are 20 mph over the limit which greatly reduces the cost and points on their license. IMO he is one of the most fair officers out there with a great sense of humor.
Exceeding the speed limit by 10 miles per hr . Most cops allow 6 or 7 mph over , at least here in alberta. And I’ve watched this deputy a few times he needs to do his job and stop doing drama for these videos.

Wow. You guys are underpaid and under appreciated. Is a no wonder people go postal, having to suffer from everyone’s sickness.
DUI's need harsher penalties. Nowadays there are so many options like Uber, Lyft, taxis, a friend or family member to drive them home, but they drive drunk and seriously injure or kill people everyday. Also, this guy's behavior towards the police officer is disgusting!! 😡
Regarding Lyft and Uber the services are only common in big cities. Even in my town where there is DoorDash there is not Uber or Lyft and the bus stations is unreliable and does not extend much outside of city limits.
I also have little to no sympathy for drunk drivers. I understand the idea that you don't care what happens to you. I think that's okay. But it's crossing a line when you get behind the wheel and you put other peoples lives in danger who have no control over the drunk persons actions. It's not fair, and I agree with you DUI's need harsher punishments.
Agreed re dui. But ‘nowadays’ there are options? Taxis have existed for decades. Tech bros fake ‘ride share’? Not so long.

I believe it needs to be automatic termination of licence without possibility of reinstatement, given there is no crash involved, $2,000 fine, 3-5 community service and if caught driving after… 7-10 years in the slammer
