I have to say it as well, you all keep pushing this Brady officer on us for some unknown reason, are you all getting paid by either him or the PCSO for this? Because if not then that shows a very poor lack in judgement and research on who you are promoting on a criminal justice channel.

@@ryanholzinger534 Officer Sloup spilled a (non-alcoholic) drink on his shop's computer while on duty. When the damage was found during vehicle inspection Officer Sloup was questioned. Officer Sloup did not provide a full and clear Brady statement. He was cited for Brady misconduct due to this. What a MONSTER.
I mean it also works both ways. The amount of times people take accountability and still get boned with a big ticket are pretty high as well. She likely had no prior driving record.

He has had plenty of practice, and hears the same stories from multiple people per day. I had a job like that and like Deputy sloup had access to a computer system that let me counter them point by point.
I try to stay very neutral when it comes to cops. I personally think this guy is a great cop in general, but if you can't see that he's patronizing people 50-75% of the time, then you're blind. Definitely not "respectful".

The Newark, NJ riots were going on, and we had the barricades up between them and us, and to other restless communities on the other side. Back then, the Governor called in National Guard tanks, and they blew off the tops of a couple of apartment buildings holding bad characters. The rioting ended quickly. I can't imagine what would happen if that happened nowadays. Besides calling for the gov's head...

I just LOVE Deputy Frank’s positive and jovial attitude. It helps lightens the intensity of the moment for those being stopped. You and your colleagues are an exemplary example of great law enforcement.

I love the way Deputy Sloup puts his point across. He makes fools out of the drivers and they don't even realize that's what he is doing. He would make a great stand up comedian.
He should write down the comments and excuses he listens to frequently. The reason being I was in people management for many years. I wish I had written down the excuses the people would give me for different infractions. It would be great reading now and then.

I love the guy in the Charger argues to kingdom come and gets all the citations for his infractions and the next car the woman admits and is respectful and she got the warning he wanted. So interesting how your demeanor and respect goes a long way.

I LOVE when people would ask for a break. For example out of say 1000 stops, it would almost be exactly a 50/50 ratio between citations and warning I would issue.
But like the guy that kept wanting a warning over and over and getting mad because he knew he was wrong and got caught…
My reply would almost always be, “The warning was the speed limit, it warned you that if you went over that number you could get pulled over and given a ticket. Why should I give you a warning, when you were already warned?”
Deputy Frank is such an amazing guy. I love his attitude and the fact that he has the best patience out of ANY law enforcement officer I’ve never seen. I look forward to seeing more of these videos and Fridays with Frank, he’s so great!

Perhaps, but it wouldn’t have helped. The strong smell of marijuana gave him probable cause to search the car, so he would have found the weed anyway. But yes, I’ve told my kids to follow the law but if you find yourself in a bad situation with the police you should immediately ask for a lawyer and say nothing more.
@@truthsayer9534 not true. The courts have deemed that simply smelling it is not enough to constitute probable cause there are a lot of things that could smell like marijuana.

Even if he denied it he 100% was gonna be field sobriety tested and arrested. Cops know the answer to that question whether you deny it or not. Especially experienced ones like this guy

In my earlier life I once worked in 'Collections and Compliance' at Revenue Canada. On more than one occasion during an interview with a PART TIME taxpayer I was informed that they paid my salary! At this point I would place a nickle in front of them and say ' okay you are paid back...now let's discuss your arrears with your Income Tax account.
