      Sa mock call you have an idea on how to handle cx over the hotline but the more great idea its on...when your on the ops ,taking a call over the hotline..and the most is you have an emphaty..your tune of voice and active listening.of cx over ur call.. so that u can have a resolution regarding his/her concern..

    Hello Rea Ninja. Thank you for answering. I listened the recording and I really enjoy. According to CFI (Corporate Finance Institute) we have five types of customer, there are: Loyal customers: Customers that make up a minority of the customer base but generate a large portion of sales.
    Impulse customers: Customers that do not have a specific product in mind and purchase goods when it seems good at the time.
    Discount customers: Customers that shop frequently but base buying decisions primarily on markdowns.
    Need-based customers: Customers with the intention of buying a specific product.
    Wandering customers: Customers that are not sure of what they want to buy. May I know the real link between the four types you gave here and these? In an expected answer, I look forward to hearing from you. You're welcome.

      @@ReaNinja Hello Rea Ninja. Thank you for answering. You're right it's for sales. I'm so sorry if I didn't notify that it was for Sales I asked the types of customer. You know, during the daily interviews, the interviewer try to put the candidates in a situation and notify their reactions. It would be better to answer the question being professional to show that you meet that situation before even though you didn't. I'm the one. how many kind of customer do we meet or know working as salesperson? I meet the following questions before: 1- Tell me an example of a time you proposed a product to the customer and how does he respond? 2- Why did you choose to come to the Philippines? 3- What's your idea for this position (Salesperson) 4- How can you appreciate your previous company? There are loads of them I met before and wrote them down. I can give to you if you need. That would permit you to help with how to respond as you do usually. Thanks for your work. As for me, you will work regarding the real questions we're currently meeting in the actual interviewers.
      Anyway do you know how to speak other languages beyond English? You're welcome.

    What about if you can't understand the accent of the customer? Like they have a different accent how will you handle him/her? Its like they are speaking gibberish but that's there way of speaking.

      The only way is to politely ask to have the info repeated, paraphrase to see if you got the keywords right and check the account for clues..

    What should we do when customer repeats him or her self couple of times and sound runny when we ask for the problem??
    And this channel is really knowledge enhancing to whom enters in a call center industry.

      Just ask again politely if something is unclear to you. If it is clear and the customer still repeats, then you can say that you already got the needed info and that you will work to resolve the issue.

    Hello, I'm here to ask again :). What if there was a time that you 'accidentally' give false information to the customer? How would I tell her?

      Just apologize and tell the customer the right info. If the call is done, you should inform your supervisor so either of you can initiate a call back if possible, depends on protocol.

      Determine their needs and tailorfit your services to what they need. If they're not interested, maybe they are not part of the target market.

    Thanks for the interesting content! now it would be a help if you answer my simple question rea. During our SET (Skill Enhancement Training) our trainor want us to adress her by her first name (not using maam/sir)and we kinda get used to it.Now im just wondering if it is rude to talk with the interviewer when were not using maam/ sir...thanks in advance Godbless

      I don't think it is rude. As long as you know the interviewer's first name, it shouldn't be a problem especially in the call center. :)
