Is there a way to free spin the tines for cleaning/sharpening while hooked tp the tractor or do you have to unhook tiller / pto from tractor?

The soil conditions are very light with no rocks so a RTR model would do a quicker job with better results

What gear and how many rpm you drive tiller?
