This is really nice! I love love love the story behind it and I totally understand making up backstories for your sims and the builds. That's literally what helps me build houses haha. I'd definitely play in this save because of the awesome stories you've talked about in the builds you've done!! Can't wait! :D

How do you move objects freely? is it a cheat?

Yes its cheat.
Boolprop snapobjectstogrid false
Just copy and paste that in the cheat bar and you can move the objects freely

How do you get all that stuff for the stores?

You have to travel there with the taxi or by car. The grocery stores have prestocked produce you can buy for your sims fridges
