I visited Drax Hall back in 2015 to see a friend but I was actually staying at Colombus Heights in Ocho Rios. I'm planning a trip in January 2019 I will check it out.

Nice development but the house you showed was way too small. The rooms are so tiny and cramped. I assume that there are other models and layouts to choose from. @7:50. I would have trees planted everywhere. Shade trees in people's property and Palm trees lining the streets. Manicured front lawns should be mandatory.

Some people will just criticize anything. Its a great community, just that the houses a little expensive. lol but, I like it. If they don't like here then they need to buy house on the hillside or beach front for 10 times the price lol
Why Jamaican real estate developers always built housing scheme and call it "gated community"? This development is beautiful, but all they do is add 24hr security and dress up the houses with beautiful landscape. I know lot of housing scheme look like this neighborhood.
anthony Francis You are right, “technicality” it is a housing scheme like any other, with the exception of having one single (gate) point of entry. Then again, after thinking about it, that’s what sums up a gated community. Do you agree?

@@hodgemoss It's called demand and supply. A single painting is sold for 65 million, a NY pent house for over 50 million. These units are sold out. The buyers will make far more in 4 years. It's an investment. Peace
Some are empty nesters and need a smaller space, some need a small starter home with no character. So stop being so judgemental. My house in Tempe, Arizona one of six models by the builder no "character," extremely typical in modern houses yet $325,000. You should lead the way by showing us your house on five acers with loads of character and individuality. Not to mention that money would not be able to buy a studio stacked on another one aka " flat" in Europe.Chat foolishness and don't have a pot to piss in.

So true - nothing country club about this. Just a pool and a big gate at the front. We need different house designs. They. Are. All. The. Same.🥴
