It is the prefect vacuum! I literally have no issues with it. The battery life is okay but I brought the option with the second battery and the wall storage/charger. I never run out of battery.
I recommended it to a friend and she is equally happy. Frankly you can't go wrong if you choose this unit
I've had mine for 3 or 4 years now and I've worked her hard! She is still impressive. I call her, Bad to the Bone. No, seriously i love mine so much that I bought another one and putting the old one in the camper.

Yo, Mr. Consumer Analysis, This is great fire content!
The review is outstanding and warrants justification for a purchase. Went on Amazon to read 1 star reviews and I see three thrends: 1) battery won't charge after 6-12 months of usage, lose of suction after few months, plastic pieces break fast. Are those reviews for real? Are we in the "too good to be true" game?
Mine worked 2 months. ive been waiting a month for a replacement still nothing. Avoid this at all costs please.
Mine has been a dream. 2 batteries and always one on the unit and one on the charger. I had 2 filters to start and accidentally threw one away. I would wash it with soap and water and let it dry while the other was being used. My battery runs a good amount of time too.
Just a personal experience. The A11 Hero did not have enough suction. Company kept wanting to send attachments to make it better but you wait for it to arrive and when it arrives and still doesn’t work they say “too late” when you try to return it. Then they want you to remove your reviews in exchange for a possible 80% refund. My guess is that there would probably be more negative reviews if they allowed you to see them.
There are multiple sellers for this vacuum across the Amazon and Wal-Mart market place plus it's sold on Best Buy and Tineco can't manipulate these reviews, which are still mostly positive and have 4-5 star ratings.
so far i am having a bad experience with mine......picks up the dirt then it falls out when you lift the roller brush off the carpet.....vacuum keeps shutting off
@@donovans6472 Really, and this is after you cleaned the filter and everything? Have you tried contacting their customer service? You can instant message their tech support on their website. Mine has really good suction power still and it’s been about 6 months. I accidentally dropped my vacuum and cracked the plastic surrounding the HEPA Filter and they offered to replace it for free even when I intended to buy a replacement part. They may be able to help you figure out what’s wrong and if a certain part needs to be replaced. Also, the 2 filters that come with the vacuum do need to be cleaned with soap and water every now and then, and eventually replaced after a while. That could be the reason why you’re experiencing suction issues. And is the vacuum shutting off even when the battery is fully charged?
I bought a Tineco A11 and it's been working well for the last week. However I find the Tineco plays a dirty game with online reviews: they will provide 3 months additional warranty if you leave them a 5 star review and send a screenshot of this!

Good review. Looking forward to the S11 review if you get ahold of it. It's slightly more powerful than a11 but cheaper than S12 with the smart features the S12 has. Saw one discounted for $309 after coupon. Haven't been able to find the S11 Tango Ex yet or a price. I have a feeling on Black Friday the S11 if better than a11 in cleaning ability will be the sweet spot.

Im looking at the Tineco models in 2023... Is this the A11 or is it the A11Hero EX?
Was close to picking this up yesterday on Prime Day. Ended up with a good priced LG CordZero instead but Tineco makes great vacuums.
What was the price? I may buy it next time is on sale.

@@MKIVGTIVR6 yeah it was. I was about 5 minutes late on that decision. Hahaha Black Friday I guess. However, I'm pretty interested in catching the S11 on sale as it's more powerful than A11 but has the same tech as the S12 for battery saving.
@@matfalkner yea I wish I knew more about the S11 but not many reviews out there. The one I'm really curious about is the Pure One X. For $229 it seems like a great deal depending on it's power.

I'm assuming Master changed to Tango, but the price difference between Hero and Tango is $140 when the only addition is the hard floor brush... Is this normal? Is there a way to get a hard floor brush only? I don't think that a single brush would cost that much.
I bought both the Dyson V11 and Tineco A11 Master and the Tineco was slightly better in deep cleaning. Happy with both.
Im contemplating whether to choose v11 or a11 hero. So after long term,which one still last long?

Just received an A11 Pet EX and it doesn't move easily over carpet at all... all the reviews I see look like it maneuvers easily. Not the case for me which I find strange.
This video almost convinced me not to get the Dyson V12 detect and just settle for a Tineco A11 Hero.
great vid, has the The A11 fixed the max setting button issue so you dont have to keep pushing it as it resets everytime you release the trigger

Since you made this video Tineco has updated the A11 to include a three level power button. The button does not remember the selected power level and defaults to low. So now after turning the vacuum on you need to press the power button twice to get max suction. Operating the machine solely using the trigger is pointless. It's only saving grace is the trigger lock. A simple mechanical power level switch would fix this usability issue.

Hey can you do a review of the Shark Vertex Pro Cordless Upright? It's pretty new and a lot of people seem to like it but I'd like to know how it holds up on your tests.

Should i get the tineco s11 tango at 399$ or the a11 hero ex with 2 batteries at 350$?? I think the a11 hero is only 10 watts less but comes with 2 batteries....

The hero has plenty of tools imo. I think it has a tiny dustbin but I guess I haven’t compared it to others.
A year later my Tineco batteries are crap, and my Dyson work great.
Be cautious and don’t drop it and break the latch on the dust bin. It’s very fragile! It’s easy to replace though but be sure to get the right one. The hero 10 fits the A11 but is missing the charging connections. Grrrrr….

Unfortunately, no.
I would love to see a review of the S11 Tango if you can get your hands on one. There are very few reviews out there, everyone seems to go directly from the A11 to the S12.
I also had a hard time finding reviews for the S11, but ended up purchasing it anyways and don't regret it. The S11 is essentially the smart version of the A11 and the smart features are nearly identical to that of the S12 with the exception of the suction power control slider bar, automatic noise optimization and auto filtration cleaner. Other than that they're essentially the same when it comes to smart features so you can just watch reviews for both the A11 and S12 to get a general idea of what the S11 offers before you decide to buy it. Oh and the differences between the S11 Spartan over the Tango is the Tango includes the additional soft roller brush head for hard floors, an extra pre-filter, a smaller motorized brush head and pre-filter cleaning tool which don't come with the Spartan package.

@consumer analysis ... i just bought a tineco A11 and on the max setting it shuts off after 2 minutes.....also when i pick up the unit off the ground the items picked up falls back onto the floor.....

How do you charge the batteries? I do not want to have to call an electrician to install a wall mount. Is there something to plug in for battery charging?

I can’t seem to find the A11 master plus available to purchase anywhere any idea why?
I talked to their support, it seems the A11 master has been discontinued. You can however purchase the extra battery and hardwood brush off their website, which are supposedly the main differences between the hero and master series.
These machines are not dependable, at all!
We've had it for less than a year, and the battery won't hold a charge anymore.
