    2️⃣ Throw a right punch - Extend your right arm in a cross-jab motion, rotating your torso slightly to engage your core.
    3️⃣ Throw a left punch - Repeat the same motion with your left arm.
    4️⃣ Repeat punches - Alternate punches to the right and left for a total of 7 repetitions.
    5️⃣ Repeat - Return to steps 3 and 4, performing the punch sequence again.
