As you can see this video has been filmed a couple of months ago. I have always wanted to share my story and lately I have been thinking that if anything were to happen to me, I would never get it out. I don't want not sharing my stories to be something I regret.
Not sharing my stories would just mean admitting that all those horrible things were meaningless and not important.
Also, I have been working into slowly letting go of the past and I cannot allow myself to forget any detail before all the stories are out. I am very much haunted by all the traumatic events that happened to me and I feel like the only way of truly moving forward is to share my stories to finally let go and stop the nightmares.
I cannot build connections with anyone either (except from my partner) because I always feel like since people don't know my stories, they don't know me. And since they don't even know me, I don't want them around. I therefore hope that by letting people in I can maybe start trusting people and actually make friends.
And don't worry I am fine, this is actually my way of fighting and I cant wait to have everything out to let go for good :).
