I know you’re going to think I ‘m nuts but here goes anyway: Why does literally EVERY WOMAN who does any kind of crafting video refer to the items she works with as HIM or THIS GUY? It’s so easy to say “it” or “this bead” or “these pliers” instead. Or even THIS GAL or HER! Literally every other aspect of our lives requires us to adapt to power structures created by men. Why, when we have the opportunity to resist using language created by men, do you choose NOT to resist? This may seem minor, even inconsequential but we use language to create, reflect & reinforce reality. You have a great channel with a viewership that’s likely at least 99.999% female. Time to break down and restructure a reality that reflects that!
