    Dunno if anyone has mentioned this, since I have just found this technique and love the idea of it, this is how I have gotten it to work pretty consistently:
    Apply the polish to the chunky design (the background design) and scrape first, then leave it while you apply the polish to, scrape, then pick up the delicate design (foreground design) then immediately go to pick up the chunky (background) design then stamp on your nails as usual. This gives the background design time to set (as you say in this video it does help to let it sit a bit) but the foreground stays more transferable so it sticks to the plate where it needs to to get the right effect.

Segui tu video y va mejorando pero al momento de pasar el stamper a las unias no pega bien la imagen. Es muy frustrante pero cuando por fin sale bien queda lindisimo. Haz mas videos de mani con esta tecnica por favor.

  • @alishasmith1702
    @alishasmith1702 9 ปีที่แล้ว

    Nailstamp4fun when you are doing this maybe you could try this- when the flowers dont stick on the stencil like they need to in order to show the blue line, you could use your tool to scrap it off the stamper before stamping to your nail. Also where is a good place to find stamps cheap?

      joannamccloud I thought it was double stamping too! :) Kinda confusing at first glance and very hard to explain. I had heard about it but never knew what it was really about until I saw her video. It really takes a lot of practice but the end result is pretty. Plus you really have to find two images that will work great together. :) Try it out... I found it easier to do with MDU polishes!

      @joannamccloud 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's what I get for commenting before watching the whole video I was at work and couldn't go past your first 6 minutes or so and I had volume low. then I saw you do the white and black cool. But I actually thought you did this before I'm a look and see if I've seen her videos usually I learn all new things from you.

    It looks like an overkill to me in this particular case. You can paint your nails black, stamp the white flowers on it and then stamp the blue lines over it. Much easier.

      Nailstamp4fun I totally get it, and there are beginners who need extensive examples. I just think you are very talented and might want to advance further by making videos for those who get it??! Maybe make one specifically that says 'beginners', and a faster version for the majority?!? I don't know all the answers but I do know you have what it takes to speed things up. Anyway, its just one persons advice/opinion, but I will stay subscribed because you are talented and I never stop learning! :-)
