Question: Ticker GILD: On Fidelity trading platform now shows "Bullish" (Green), but how come IBD's "RS strength" is only at 14? Shouldn't it be at 90's? Ticker MRNA: Your "IBD's RS strength is at 98" but Fidelity trading platform shows "very Bearish" (Red)?
