      Back when I worked at Smith County Sheriff, an woman killed her husband and then put him in the back of an pickup. She drove with her young son while they went through McDonalds and drove another town and dumped him. The child had bad dreams with a witch going around with his Daddy. This child and Simpson’s young daughter will be mentally damaged forever.

    To be a defense attorney and help him get away with it. It's like committing murder the second time. I sure would hate to be that defense attorney and then have to meet my Maker.

    • @elizabethnelson92
      @elizabethnelson92 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      defense attorneys don't "help their client get away with" anything. Our job is to defend our constitution and protect due process. It is the job of the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Otherwise we would live in a police state. People don't understand how our system of justice works. Everyone is entitled to "due process" which simply means following the laws that dictate how someone can be prosecuted. We make sure that the prosecution and police follow proper procedures and protocols. If not, the person can't be convicted. If we don't do that, anyone who is accused can be convicted without boundaries. I hope this helps you understand. We do not help anyone get away with anything. The prosecution has to do their job according to our constitution and according to our laws.

  • @Scorpio72350

    Trash bags, ice chest, large bulky item wrapped and secured in tarp, buys cement with cash.
    Suzanne is literally buried in cement. The man who is meant to love her, care about her and protect her, the mother of his 4 children. The woman who trusted him with her life, the woman who loved him so much to marry him and have 4 children with him. Marriages can get toxic. But never should you want to kill your wife or husband. NEVER. Let alone actually do it.
    Brad shot his wife with an AK47 (an automatic high powered rifle)
    Then he buried his wife in cement.
    His children’s mummy is encased in cement.
    That is beyond evil.

      I don't think he shot her. I think he knew his house would be searched and it is illegal to have the version of AK he had so he asked his friend to hold it. Most likely he strangled her in the woods by their house where their neighbor heard screams

      @Scorpio72350 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes I’m starting to think that too, they obviously didn’t find Suzanne’s blood and shell casings in the woods. Also, the blood they found in the car was Brads not Suzanne’s. It makes sense he strangled Suzanne, there would be a lot of blood otherwise. So that means that James Correy did not hide the murder weapon, maybe that’s why they let him out on bail.

    His actions on that Monday morning are not the actions of someone who's worried that his spouse is missing. I would be beside myself, with my family or with police waiting for information or out there trying to find my spouse. I'd be doing something other than going to Home Depot to buy supplies for a "project", or anywhere else but with police and or family. That in itself speaks volumes as well. Very suspicious.

Did he use the cement to weight Suzanne’s body down in water? There doesn’t seem to be another reason for that small amount of cement.
    I hope they are searching all bodies of water with divers and water cadaver dogs.

    To the reporter who said that this is reaching out to the defense to say let's make a deal....you are so wrong. You just helped the defense by forcing the release of the affidavit. Don't try to practice law...you are not an attorney. You pushed to get the affidavit in order to make news and get viewers. Shameful. Apparently that is more important to you than finding Suzanne and getting closure for her children.

    • @YamiVirginInvestigates-hd2yj
      @YamiVirginInvestigates-hd2yj หลายเดือนก่อน

      Elizabeth the affidavit WAS released so the attorney could get it. Law enforcement wanted it in his hands so they came to the table and found out what he did to his wife. We had not filed any motions to have it released. It is not good when things are sealed. No transparency. His bonds were too high and no one walked for him to walk if he did in fact kill her.

    • @elizabethnelson92
      @elizabethnelson92 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@YamiVirginInvestigates-hd2yj It doesn't seem that you are aware of the rules of criminal procedure. Law enforcement DID NOT tell you what you say they wanted to have happen. You aren't familiar with the rules of discovery either. The public does not need to know what you have made public. Law enforcement doesn't decide how to negotiate a plea deal. You are flat out wrong. Stop practicing law unless you have a license.

    • @elizabethnelson92
      @elizabethnelson92 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@YamiVirginInvestigates-hd2yj And I might add that you also contribute to the "trial by media" that violates a person's right to a fair trial. There is nothing helpful at all for the defense or the prosecution about you putting out the information. The only reason you report it is to get viewers. The lawyer does not need you in order to get the affidavit. You got it for yourselves.

      @retaliationeffort2864 Years ago, moving a trial out of an area was common because back then, the only news source communities had was news on TV or the they'd read about it in newspapers.
      Nowadays, everyone as far out as other states know about cases as they progress thanks to the internet, several social media outlets, etc.
      Moving a case to another community because of bias wouldn't help at all.
      I live in the Northeast USA, and I as well as millions of others, know as much about this monster actions as those who live in surrounding communities so why move a trial to another community? It wouldn't help any.
