Hello everyone! Was excited to try and experiment with this one! Tempête Magnetique / Generic Affiliate links: Perfect Circuit - US - bit.ly/46pII51 Sound of You - EU bit.ly/3DzdFYi Clockface - AS - bit.ly/3YkDJ1B
I bought this thing after watching a short demo of it at Superbooth 23, but honestly didn't really know what it could do. I did not understand it yet. Just waited for someone explaining it to me and you just did it in the best possible way. Thank you!
Great video with well structured explanation of the different options this module offers. It would be very interesting to compare the sonic character of this filter to Frap Tools Cunsa, which offers similarly complex options.
Thank you! Glad you like it. That would be interesting! Have no experience with the Cunsa though, and have to mention it's on quite a different price level! All the best :)
Hey nice video and inspiring patch ideas! I was wondering how the frequency knob of filter b works when sync is enabeled. Is it just overruled or does it work as an offset for filter b‘s cutoff, creating a dual band filter?
Hi there! Sorry for the slow reply, was on a little holiday :) When sync is used the follower frequency knobs are simply overruled and have no effect. Remember though you can use mod X or Y to modulate both filters in a pair in the same way. So if you want to achieve the effect you describe, you can turn sync of, manually set the offset between the filters, and then use an offset or modulation to mod X to modulate both filters in the exact same way, keeping the offset you created.
I'd love to get this, I would have bought the previous version, but it was already out of production (as I guess Eowave were already developing this new version). However, I just don't have the extra 22hp (?), even if I was to swap it out for the already large MI Blades! 🤯
Hi there! Filters A and C have input gain controls on this module. These can be used to add gain and a bit of distortion to the sound. Or dial it back and have no distortion.

Bought it! It is not easy to find a good, affordable quad filter. This one sounds fantastic.
Hope you enjoy it! Cheers :)
Finally a proper video about this one!
Glad you liked it! :)

@@MonotrailTechTalk Yes, I am aware of the big price and HP size difference. Nevertheless, it would be interesting to compare their sonic characters.
Heyhey, there it is finally!
Sorry to keep you waiting ;)
Wow. Amazing. Purchased.
Glad you like it! Enjoy :)

Big and nice, both very true :)
Is it the filter that make distortion? is it always like that?

@@MonotrailTechTalk Cool thanks. Thanks for your work. I think this filter will be the reason for me to switch to modular.
“differently”
Totally, but English is his 2nd language.
