  • Let's just take a brief look at the transfer of power in the Medici family, the evolution of fashion in Florence for about 100 years, and brief mentions of Ever After. Because all well costumed movies start somewhere and I believe that Ever After started in Florence.
    Thanks for Watching!

I've had so much fun finishing my Ever After dress, it's made me want to make more Italian Renaissance

As much as these Florentine dresses are beautiful, I would never even dare to make one of these... I think I'll be sticking to your amazing blouse patterns :D

Isn’t Ever After set in France? Not Italy?

It is, but the costumes are Italian... And English... And fantasy.

I'd love to know what the top + vest that Kat is wearing is called. Is it a Chemise and vest? I really like that style and want to add similar to my own wardrobe
Loved this video, glad I'm not the only one who appreciates Ever After's costuming!

WOW, thank you for this! It's so helpful to see the progression of styles for this period, I've never done this era, am about to, and I've been overwhelmed at where to start.
Any chance of more deep dives like this for Venetian? Or was this just a pet project because of the Medicis?

This is more of a pet project. I haven't researched other city states in Italy. I might move on one day. But I'm not done playing in Florence.

Would you like to make a video about fashion in game Witcher 3?

I don't know anything about the game, so I don't think I would be the best person to talk on that subject.
