Mara Tirado Puerto ricans have both actually. We have arroz con gandules and , arroz con habichuelas. They're different but we eat them both. Lol im sure that you said that Puerto ricans don't eat gandules around puerto ricans they'd look at you like you're crazy cuz we eat that a lot.
