However, the actual meaning of "Hansha" that Kanae misunderstood was because Amamiya only said "反射" (hansha) which by itself means "anti-social", which can't be deliberately called criminal. While what Amamiya actually meant to say was "反射神経" (hanshashinkei), in its complete sentence meaning "reflexes".
