I’ll definitely follow up on this video for sure if I get any meta opponents crushing my tearlaments deck because I mean tearlaments is a good and simple deck to play and it’s like a Rubicks cube with endless possibilities of combos

@@Moha-MasterDuel Indeed, and scratch "Tearlaments Rulkallos" - just achieved 1000 gems and purchased 10 packs, but didn't pull her. I got 2 worthless UR cards so I exchanged them along with third UR card to craft Rulkallos. Tbh, the pulls are dump even at 10-Pack purchased. One pack that had yellow border gave me all N/R cards, no SR.
Sometimes going for the other Tear boss is better and and you wait with dracostapelia. Shuffling back into the deck, bypasses masqueerena protection, also all three tear traps are very good to run with no merrli. The one that flips down will send tear from deck to gy, effect negate searches monster and the general negate one is another valuable distruption. The deck is stil solid T3-4 and if they bring back Merli to 1 (for extra fusion), will deffo be T2.
Yes you usually wait to see what deck your opponent is playing before detaching with time thief, especially if you have the field spell to also pop 1 And I really hope they bring back Merrli to 1
@@Moha-MasterDuel Ye Merrli banned is a sin :( Have you per chance tried new field spell though? The weaker version of perlerino and if so do you run it?
i highly recommend playing revolution synchon. without it the deck is just too easy to shut down. lets you go into some good synchros like black rose or amritara even if they stop the effect of your normal summons with ash/imperm.
It’s random mills man what else can I do 😂 Sometimes you’ll mill cards with grave effects and other times you’ll just mill all your ash blossoms and Maxx Cs
I’m happy seeing you make a combo guide for Tearlaments. It gave me some insight for what I can do for the main combo and what to do if I get hit by Maxx C without negating it. First, I want to know how I can go into Cross Sheep in the main combo once I get Rukallos and Tear Kashtira out to mill Schiren if I am able to extend. Second, what situations would you need to fuse with Super Poly or use the other extenders to someone like Winda or Garura. Thanks for the video! It also gives me a reference for making the Branded Tearlaments Deck that’s almost done.

@@JosephHk743 since you don’t have more super poly you can add 1 king of the swamp and 1 polymerization, and maybe 1 chimera in your extra deck if you have it For Keldo and Mudora, mainly used for example when opponent is trying to summon 2 with flamberge, you shuffle them before they summon Or shuffle Bystial Lubellion from grave back to deck before your opponent can summon it As for Dharc, mainly used when trying to finish games, Dharc summon a dark, into unicorn to spin 1, then one more monster is Accesscode talker Dharc also used when trying to climb into underworld goddess to out a difficult monster of your opponent

Hey! Tearlaments recently became my favourite archetype after coming back to YGO after long break, your vid helped me to get basic combos really well, thanks a lot! Is there any general advice you would give to newbie regarding experimenting with deckbuilding, or should I stick more or less to the decklists given by people? For my Tearlaments decklist I copied yours. Also, quick question, have seen Lightsworns got a new support in TCG that gets along Tearlaments well, but its not yet released on master duel. Lightsworns were my absolute favourite deck back in 2010s. Is there any decent build which I can use now in Master Duel, or should I wait and not try to brew with current cards? Cheers!
Coincidentally, tearlaments is my fav deck as well! For deck building, it’s generally good to find a Decklist that did well, copy it, tweak it a little bit for the current meta, (for example if superheavy samurai is meta, add droll to your deck) And when testing, tweak it to your liking, if you’re bricking alot, add more starters, if you always have 3 starters in hand, remove some and add more hand traps for example I also really liked lighstworn, was my fav deck during the duel links days where I added random cards that have grave effects, I recommend waiting for the new support tho
Unfortunately I didn’t get those cards, couldn’t make a guide on everything unfortunately, but I’m saving more gems hopefully next pack I can cover more decks
@@Moha-MasterDuel bystials are not the only threat to tear names and im a big tear fan, im speaking from expierence (plat/diam), you dont really need that random sheiren Mill like you do having havnis in deck. But thats me and the way I play
On turn 2 sure you never know if they have a set called by or not, but on turn 1 from my experience on master the reward of having double the chance to hit a live tear fusion name after the kit/tearkash yoinky sploinky far outweighs the risk of losing slightly harder when both running into the rare bystial deck and the opponent getting lucky and hard drawing one, especially with saronir at 1.
@@Moha-MasterDuel oh if you recognize the just desserts trap card I had a very strange and gory dream last night that I was playing master duel and I had somehow got ahold of just deserts but it was quick play spell version of it and it coaxed me into playing it and when I did it did this like mortal kombat cutscene or whatever where the ape got out of the card and started mauling the hell out of someone and it was very gruesome I felt like he was targeting another card but it turned into an actual person and he savagely attacked that person
bro sometimes i just want to summon end punisher but i can't. i met the summoning cond and that is 1 tuner + 1 non tuner wich were snow and kashtira tearliment so do u know why i can't summon him ?
Schiren is my go to for when I want to set up my field in master duel I also use foolish burial goods and that blue mushroom field spell too to get more tearlaments monsters to my field Tearlaments kashtira and a few other kashtira monsters I also rely on heavily as well

@@Moha-MasterDueleasy synchros for Visa Armitara and Ancient Fairy Dragon, plus you can easily summon it from graveyard and it mills 1 more card from deck. I use Destrudo to main, so it helps a lot.
@@acidsyntaxDid you watch dkayed tournament where vodka guy played it? Just 1 fallen of Albaz and 1 branded fusion are needed in main deck and it absolutely slays. The only problem is if you run branded pack, it will leave no room in extra deck for super poly plays.
Always a fan of your guide bro. Well explained and on point. Can you also make a guide on Tearlament/Kashtira deck? I encountered that deck and that is so nasty to deal with because they seem to work effectively plus Kashtira can be reborn either from graveyard or banished.
@@Moha-MasterDuel it's the Kashtira monster that you can reborn whenever it's banished or in the grave. When your Kashtira monster are sent to graveyard or even banished, you can summon them back through Kashtira birth which gives you time to recover or start build your board again. Plus having tear monsters with xyz kashtira monsters on board is really annoying with all the disruptions. And in the current meta, Kashtira banishing effects can impact heavily on Snake Eyes. I've faced hybrid Tear decks before but the combination of Kashtira/Tear that I've faced is the most spicy. But no worries bro, I am just sharing it to you hoping that you can build a deck for it and showcase it to us. I find your channel very informative and your presentation precise and concise. I lost my previous account so I started fresh again just a month ago. Started to find your channel when I was building swordsoul deck which becomes my starter deck because Masterduel decides to give a free one for new players. Lucky me who cant recover my previous account..😂 your guide helps me a lot along with your guide on Labrynth which actually brought me to Master 4 last season by playing for only a week before season ends.

I’m really not sure, both are pretty strong, I’m more leaned towards pure tearlaments tho just cuz it’s more consistent But if you have branded then pure branded is just better than both
I am just plat noob and I play this deck and the Spright engine Magia I swear there is potential here for consistent magia given you can do grave fusions? Or am I just high lol
It wouldn’t work because the tear cards must fuse using themselves, Magia needs ultimate dragon and a ritual black luster, no way to do it unfortunately

You randomly mill it with your Tearlaments cards, then when it’s in grave you can shuffle 3 cards from any graveyards back to deck, good disruption vs most decks
I have a question about 2:23 Does Scheiren only trigger when you do this with time thief redoer? I dont have him so I attempted doing it with Abyss Dweller multiple times, but her sent to GY effect that lets me fusion summon never triggers upon detaching her. I made sure to have the corresponding fusion materials in my grave, so that is not the reason why it wont work...
Yes you can only do it with time thief, because time thief detaches materials as an effect, not as cost, most other XYZ like abyss dweller detach for cost
Been using tearlaments and it's pretty good. Its very expensive but it's worth it, I keep creating new accounts to build new decks because you get so much diamonds. Btw good video
I think it’s a really fun deck gameplay wise, and it’s pretty strong it should get you to master 1, but still the best deck in the game is snake eyes and other decks can’t compete really

@@huynamvu3035 milling snake eyes cards can be useful sometimes, milling poplar puts a monster in your spell/trap zone, milling original searches you a level 1 fire, milling wanted draws you a card, it’s only unfortunate if you mill all your flameberge
Depends on your preference, if you summon winda, opponent can summon diabellstar to punch it then continue plays main phase 2, so I’d rather summon winda when I know what deck my opponent is playing
For pure tearlaments 40 cards is better, much more consistent For when you’re using it with branded, there’s too much cards to fit in 40 so 60 is better

Bro ive made two new alt accounts, opening 7k worth of the new tear pack. The first time I got two tear cards and the second time zero…. I fucking hate this shit. Like 10+ hours of my time wasted
Well, you can get 10k in a new account within an hour: 1- Download the game and reach starting screen. 2- Find a friend code to get the SwordSoul free deck ( I use Fafnir's code: 08a26612 ) 3- Go to the Shop, see everything and open every free pack you can ( right now there are plenty ) 4- From the Starting Screen, go to Decks and create a copy of SwordSoul, also dismantle 3 cards of the same rarity, and then generate a random card 5- Then go to the Solos, enter the stage below Training ( it has a branch that gives 4x600 gems ) and complete it. 6- After this, fully complete (as much as you can ) the Monarchs, ElementSabers, Ruin and Demise. 7- Go to the Missions and Cheers ! P.S. The number of completed missions should exceed 30

I miss when you could play this with 60 cards 2 grass, the ishizu cards, and merrli. I once got a chain link 9 off of one grass

Wrong, you should always start with sheiren cz if they banish havnis now you got only one fusion per turn
Bystials aren’t common, if you start with Scheiren then you’re much less likely to summon Rulkallos by randomly milling Havnis

@@Moha-MasterDuel oh if you recognize the just desserts trap card I had a very strange and gory dream last night that I was playing master duel and I had somehow got ahold of just deserts but it was quick play spell version of it and it coaxed me into playing it and when I did it did this like mortal kombat cutscene or whatever where the ape got out of the card and started mauling the hell out of someone and it was very gruesome
I felt like he was targeting another card but it turned into an actual person and he savagely attacked that person

Yes it’s a good option, but keep in mind you must have another Tearlaments as well to able to fuse into kitkallos

Schiren is my go to for when I want to set up my field in master duel
I also use foolish burial goods and that blue mushroom field spell too to get more tearlaments monsters to my field
Tearlaments kashtira and a few other kashtira monsters I also rely on heavily as well
Always good when you open Scheiren, until they Maxx C you

@@Moha-MasterDueleasy synchros for Visa Armitara and Ancient Fairy Dragon, plus you can easily summon it from graveyard and it mills 1 more card from deck. I use Destrudo to main, so it helps a lot.

@@Moha-MasterDuel it's the Kashtira monster that you can reborn whenever it's banished or in the grave. When your Kashtira monster are sent to graveyard or even banished, you can summon them back through Kashtira birth which gives you time to recover or start build your board again. Plus having tear monsters with xyz kashtira monsters on board is really annoying with all the disruptions. And in the current meta, Kashtira banishing effects can impact heavily on Snake Eyes. I've faced hybrid Tear decks before but the combination of Kashtira/Tear that I've faced is the most spicy. But no worries bro, I am just sharing it to you hoping that you can build a deck for it and showcase it to us. I find your channel very informative and your presentation precise and concise. I lost my previous account so I started fresh again just a month ago. Started to find your channel when I was building swordsoul deck which becomes my starter deck because Masterduel decides to give a free one for new players. Lucky me who cant recover my previous account..😂 your guide helps me a lot along with your guide on Labrynth which actually brought me to Master 4 last season by playing for only a week before season ends.

You randomly mill it with your Tearlaments cards, then when it’s in grave you can shuffle 3 cards from any graveyards back to deck, good disruption vs most decks

I dont have him so I attempted doing it with Abyss Dweller multiple times, but her sent to GY effect that lets me fusion summon never triggers upon detaching her.
I made sure to have the corresponding fusion materials in my grave, so that is not the reason why it wont work...
Yes you can only do it with time thief, because time thief detaches materials as an effect, not as cost, most other XYZ like abyss dweller detach for cost

If you randomly mill it to grave, you can banish it to search for a card that mentions visas starfrost, which is almost every Tearlaments spell/trap
Been using tearlaments and it's pretty good. Its very expensive but it's worth it, I keep creating new accounts to build new decks because you get so much diamonds.

I think it’s a really fun deck gameplay wise, and it’s pretty strong it should get you to master 1, but still the best deck in the game is snake eyes and other decks can’t compete really

Depends on your preference, if you summon winda, opponent can summon diabellstar to punch it then continue plays main phase 2, so I’d rather summon winda when I know what deck my opponent is playing

For pure tearlaments 40 cards is better, much more consistent

Bro ive made two new alt accounts, opening 7k worth of the new tear pack. The first time I got two tear cards and the second time zero….
I fucking hate this shit. Like 10+ hours of my time wasted
Well, you can get 10k in a new account within an hour:
1- Download the game and reach starting screen.
2- Find a friend code to get the SwordSoul free deck ( I use Fafnir's code: 08a26612 )
3- Go to the Shop, see everything and open every free pack you can ( right now there are plenty )
4- From the Starting Screen, go to Decks and create a copy of SwordSoul, also dismantle 3 cards of the same rarity, and then generate a random card
5- Then go to the Solos, enter the stage below Training ( it has a branch that gives 4x600 gems ) and complete it.
6- After this, fully complete (as much as you can ) the Monarchs, ElementSabers, Ruin and Demise.
7- Go to the Missions and Cheers !
P.S. The number of completed missions should exceed 30
