I like this a lot and looking at the link I recognize the artist. I saw the couple perform some years ago during a medieval festival. I have thought about them and now there's a name to them, they have both a youtube channel and a bandcamp. Thank you!

It was a musical style developed in 11th century Occitania and came to dominate Western Europe throughout the High Middle Ages.
This particular piece was composted by Alfonso X king of Galicia, Léon & Castile, and it is written in Galician-Portuguese.
