That time I sang with West End/Broadway star, Ramin Karimloo! Little Fall of Rain-Les Miserables

Beth Coburn - Original post So, I still can’t quite believe this happened, but last night, I ended up on stage, singing with the one and only, Ramin Karimloo 🙈

Ok. Let me just put you in the picture! My bro, Josh, is pals with Ramin as he used to personal train him so managed to sort us some extra tickets! I’m absolutely buzzing & we all travel down to Leeds together. Josh & Ramin get a gym session in, meanwhile, Alice, Emma and I have a chilled girly afternoon. 5pm I get a text from Josh: “You’re singing with Ramin tonight, Little Fall of Rain, thank me later.” 😶 Sorry. What the actual heck! I’m thinking, I don’t know it!!! I did the flippin school edition of Les Mis 10 years ago and sang half the song...Nope! I’ll be way too embarrassed and will feel like an idiot if it goes badly!!! Meanwhile knowing full well if I turned this ridiculous opportunity down, I’d regret it forever. So! Fast forward 2 hours, multiple toilet trips, a few gins, and frantically trying to practice in a noisy TGI Fridays...I end up in Ramin’s dressing room, 10 minutes before the show for a quick rehearsal! I’m obviously DEAD. I’ve never bricked it so much getting up on that stage...but I think I covered it up pretty well 🙊So pleased I plucked up the courage! Joshy, I owe you big time 😆👊🏽Thanks Ramin, what an absolute surreal moment to sing with you 😍 Ps. His show was UNREAL! Vocals from heaven and his band were awesome too! 🙌🏼❤️ Shout out to the lovely Sergio playing with us here too! Thank you! X
