For the emergency brake, it isn't due to a PEC/ECB activated. The emergency button need not necessarily always mean PEC. It could also refer to the emergency brake push button in the train captain's driving cab or triggered by a sensor.

C830s on CCL and 751A on NEL don’t use physical lock system on the doors unlike the 151B and C variants, thats where the click you hear when the door opens and closes Literally saw someone lean against the doors on both models and it opened a gap palm wide, without the train stopping.
Might be one of those things where wheel slip caused the train to jolt and judder to an extent that the doors jostled as they did. Some of the settings might need changing for the doors to stay shut in such situations. I did find the behaviour of a lot of people purposely filming the door slightly suspicious though.

As a train van, I know that people have different kinks about the railway butts. We never saw the bottom of the doors or whether something was jamming then - purposeful or not.
