जैसे हर परिवार अलग होता है, हर बच्चा अलग होता है उसी तरह पेरेंटिंग में भी होता है की जो चीज़ एक बच्चे पे काम करि हो, वो दूसरे पे भी करेगी ही | में जो गाइडलाइन्स बताउंगी वह आपको आपके बच्चे के साथ अच्छे सम्बध बनाने में मदद करेगा |
- पहले प्यार फिर सुधार - माँ बाप की आदत होती है की वह हर जगह अपने बच्चे की गलतियों को सुधारना चाहते है और यह सुधरने के चकर में प्यार देना भूल जाते है | तो पहले प्यार करने में ध्यान देना चाहिए |
- बच्चे को समझाओ पर डराओ मत - जभी बच्चा गुस्सा या ज़िंद करता तब माँ बाप को बच्चे को समझाने पर ज़ोर डालना चाहिए ना की भाषण देने में या डरने में | इसके डिटेल्ड वीडियो में इसक पीछे की न्यूरोसाइंस (Neuroscience) के बारे में बताउंगी |
- बच्चे जैसे है वैसे स्वीकार करे - आजकल के माँ बाप यह चाहते है की उनक बच्चे कोई एक चीज़ में सबसे आगे निकले और इसके वजह से माँ बाप बच्चे को पूरा समय सुधरने में लगा देते है | जिसके वहज से बच्चो को हमेशा लगता है की मई जैसा हु उसके लिए मेरी कोई प्यार नहीं करता |
- बच्चो को गलतिया करने दो - माँ बाप को यह भय होता है की अगर बच्चा गलती करेगा तो परिवार का नाम ख़राब होगा, समाज में क्या दिखेगा ?, इसके वहज से उनकी गलतियों से जो सिख मिलने वाली होती है वो नहीं मिलती और बच्चे के आत्मविश्वास पर असर होता है |
- बच्चो को उनकी समस्या खुद हल करने दो - कई बार माँ बाप बच्चो की समस्याए जैसे स्कूल या दोस्तों को लेकर, खुद हे इनका हाल निकलने लग जाते है इसकी वजह से बच्चो में प्रॉब्लम सॉल्विंग स्किल्स डेवेलोप नहीं हो पाता |
- बच्चो को अपने उम्र के हिसाब से आज़ादी दीजे - माँ बाप बच्चो को खुदकी सोच डेवेलोप करने की आज़ादी नहीं देते है क्युकी उन्हें लगता है की बच्चे सोचने की क्षमता नहीं रखते |
- जो माँ बाप बच्चे को सीखना चाहते है, वो उनने खुद भी करना है- हर माँ बाप चाहते है उनका बच्चा सम्मानपूर्वक, या अनुशाषित हो | बच्चो में यह गुण डालने के लिए माँ बाप के अंदर भी यह गुण होने चाहिए | बच्चपन से हे बच्चे अपने माँ बाप को देख कर ही सीखते है |
- बच्चो के साथ खुलकर और ईमानदारी के साथ बात करे - यह बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। क्युकी इससे बच्चों को अपने विचारों और भावनाओं को व्यक्त करने का मौका मिलता है | और माता-पिता पर विश्वास करने में मदद मिलती है।
- परफेक्ट पेरेंटिंग जैसा कुछ नहीं है- Parents के रूप में, हमारा लक्ष्य हर चीज को परफेक्ट तरीके से करना है, लेकिन पेरेंटिंग के मामले में, यह माता-पिता और बच्चे के सकारात्मक रिश्ते को बाधित कर सकता है।
