- AHHHH Its finally here! We have officially signed and bought our very first house! Before we even put any decor or furniture in our house, we wanted to do an empty house tour for y'all since you loved our last tour video so much! In this video, we're going to take a tour of our empty house. We'll show you everything from the living room to the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We just moved into our newly built house in Aug :) Our master closet lines up to our laundry room closet, so I had the idea to cut a hole in the wall so we could put our hamper in the laundry closet and have a laundry chute. All of our bedrooms are upstairs and it is the best freaking thing ever to have a laundry chute, and to have the laundry room upstairs. Congrats on the new house too-it’s so much work, but so much fun!
My best moving advice, imagine where your Christmas tree will go while putting up those big furniture pieces! Will help when December comes back around 🥰

this is so cool to see after watching the walk throughs you and Bailey did while your houses were still in the building stages a while back, and now seeing it all done! so exciting for you guys
I think that was a different house? They were able to get a lot of the previous one customized, but for this one, they didn't have much of a say. Am curious what happened, but their new home seems just as great!

Just watched Bailey and Asa’s house tour. Congratulations to both couples. I think Brooklyn and Dakota’s house is the one I’d move into bc of the grey finishes, also the first floor set up but honestly both gorgeous. No complaints at all. What a wonderful new time in their lives.

This is so much nicer than the other twin’s builder grade nightmare. Small thing like nicer baseboards, upgraded lighting & faucet fixtures & better-quality windows make a huge difference.
You can tell how happy and proud of this house Brooklyn is, and it makes me really excited for her

I love the gray tile around the tubs. I personally like it, but I think they did a nice job picking something that will appeal to most tastes since you didn't get to pick a lot of the finishes.

not sure if it's the same for texas but here in new york we have lady asian beetles (they look like ladybugs) and they are bad news. and if your pup tries to eat them they'll attach to the roof of their mouth and make them super super sick so just becareful

Ah this throws me back to when I moved into my first house! It was scary being only 20 and having the responsibility of a mortgage but these past 3 years have been the best and there is no greater feeling than coming back to my home each day! It’s my favourite place to be and brings me so much comfort! Congratulations Brooklyn and Dakota I can’t wait to see you guys turn that house into a home ❤

The movie room and office space can be considered 2 other bedrooms for a total of 5 bedrooms (not including the master) in case they have a big family. This is a good option for them.

i have a suggestion for your rooms: you should make a room for your dog downstairs and then make two guest bedrooms upstairs so when you're family comes over, they can share the space upstairs and have a whole floor to themselves and then your dog also gets a room in which he can play, sleep, eat... and when there are people over, you dont get disturbed by them so you still have your privacy then, its a win-win situation. or another idea: i know Brooklyn is a fan of books so you can also make a library downstairs with some cosy seats so you have a quiet place to read

Gorgeous new home with lots of space. 🥰 The "ladybugs" are a beetle that come out around here in the fall. Unlike ladybugs, they are orange and can bite. Ladybugs are a true red and don't bite. 🐞 Ladybugs are also helpful bugs in the garden, ridding the plants of pests. These tend to eat plants. Don't invite them to your housewarming party!! 😉 Vacuums are the best way to take care of them.
