Gagan Malik, an Indian actor, offers prayer and Kheer to the Buddha at enlightenment place, Bodhgaya

- Gagan Malik, an Indian actor who played the role of Lord Buddha, visited Bodh Gaya to offer prayers and Kheer (Rice pudding milk) to the Buddha in the morning of 30th March 2022 inside the Mahabodhi Temple, India.
Recently he was ordained as a Buddhist monk (Bhikkhu Ashoko) at Wat Thatt Thong Temple in Thailand in February 2022.
BTMC Secretary Mr. N. Dorjee welcomed him on arrival and presented a memento of wooden holy stupa.
Temple Caretaker Bhikkhu Deenanand assisted him in offering of kheer inside the Temple and praying under the sacred Bodhi tree.
