My uncle own’s a haulage company and all we use is Scania trucks. But I have to admit this is without a doubt the best Scania I’ve seen both in style and Comfort
I hope you feel so grateful and lucky to be able to have this life. Horses have been my whole world since I was a baby but my parents couldn't even afford to give me regular lessons let alone anything like this. I had to save up for my own lessons by doing chores like dog walking for other people once I was old enough to be able to save my own money. None of us choose the life we are born into so I am not trying to bring you down, I just hope you realise you have a life that most of us can only dream about. I know you must earn a lot of this yourself through competing but just remember how you were able to compete in the first place. You are so blessed and I am extremely happy for you. It inspires me to work hard so I can give my future children a life like this. I hope you don't take offence to this comment I just wanted to remind you of how lucky you are compared to most horse lovers.
You sound jealous to me. I'm working-class. My family were too poor for horses. I too worked, usually for free, in stables looking after peoples' horses and had advantage taken of me. Nonetheless, this girl doesn't need you to "remind" her of how lucky she is.
@@vikingsong2068 plus the fact she mentioned at the beginning AND at the end of the video already she knows how lucky she is and she is so grateful for the truck and that her mother designed everything. And how lovely is it of her to show us nosey lot this beauty!! I'm just thinking it's a great investment because think of the hotel and food bills etc she can save on while she is away at shows for a week or more and most important her being right there with her horses the whole time! She's absolutely hands on and works hard to be where she's at, she is an inspiration. xx
Beautiful transport. You have really great parents to help you get this. Nice to hear that your grateful of being able to have such nice things and that you know how lucky you are to travel so greatly in style. By the way , be careful with the ladder off the top bunk. It could possibly be hazardous if rushed to get down quickly. It's pretty easy to injure your ankles and legs for your legs are very important as an equestrian. To be frank, a special made wood ladder would actually work better and be safer going up or coming down. Just a suggestion.
I noticed the Dyson Fan, is there not inbuilt air-con? And why a gas oven but induction cooker? If the gas bottle is there cook on gas! Nice dish washer, also like the water trough. May encourage them to drink, as normally they don't when traveling a long distance.
Hello. I hope all is good. Ive been viewing these types of trucks for years allready, due too the inside photos of the interiour, that ive been watching since like 2010. Some of the trucks are even more luxury then someones home. And yes i am a truck-driver myself, getting nearly 12years since i got my first truck-lisence and now.. the lorry as you call it (with trailer). You should get your lorry-lisence soon. It would help you alot in the long run :)
@@AvtarDhillon In general i would say, getting the license is not hard by it self. Its just.. how too drive + some rules around when being able too drive, for how long, ability too do some math regarding the loadweight, etc. The old scania is were alot of manual gear, but nowdays.. most has "optic-cruise", like a automatic and with a button you can use the sticker too change gear (up and down..). Some does come with a clutch, most has not today :)
@@kippen64 There are vans but they aren't ever the size of this. I've only ever seen the little two horse vans in the states. These big ones with living and whatnot aren't available over her.
@@kippen64 They still have them. They're quite nice and considered 'luxorious'. I was just quoted $100K for one but the pandemic production issues have them backordered for who knows how long.
Omg!! That is beautiful!! Does anybody know why we haven't got Lorry's in the states? That would be awesome to have. I would live in that!! Travel all over the US and see the country with my horses!!
I think you do have them in the US but usually as an articulated lorry (semi-truck) rather than a rigid truck (the one in the video) but I could be wrong as I'm not into horses.
@@lcplfingers9997 someone pointed out that if you have a lorry then pretty much the only time you'll use it will be to haul horses. If you have a truck and trailer then you can use the truck for other things. Which makes all the sense in the world. I didn't even think of it that way.
Awesome! A lovely lady as well, is it USA made? Looks quite comfortable as well. Never seen a Lorry 🚛 like that in the States. You should visit the Lake Placid Equestrian, situated in the Adirondack mountains Adjacent to the 1980 Winter Olympic Site, simply fabulous Luv.
Nope it's European made, the base lorry is a Scania which is Swedish and Oakley is an English company who take the base lorry and build the horse stuff onto it. That's all I know about Oakley as I'm not into horses, I'm more interested in the Scania.
Washing machine and dishwasher is a game changer 👌
This is the nicest lorry I have ever seen! The horses must think they are rockstars driving round in that 😂
I’d live in that, it’s nicer then my house😂
C&C Eventing lol same🤣
Costa more than my house lmao
I’ve got 1 with a master bed and 7 stable and toilet and all that i live it it bc it’s smazing
Always enjoy looking at other people's horse trucks. It's a good opportunity to get ideas for when I have a horse truck built.

They say Scania is Rolls Royce in the trucking world

In the USA, they are called horse vans. You can buy them there but they are not common.
