Precise cutting and accurate positioning on the container: the Contiroll HS labelling station is the perfect partner for wraparound labelling from the roll - particularly in high-performance operation. Its feed roller for the label web, the cutting unit, the vacuum cylinder, the gluing unit and the two reel holders are driven by efficient servo motors. Since the division of the labelling station can be adapted to the relevant label length, a single station can cover different label lengths and performance ranges. In addition, the interchangeable gluing unit ensures that all label materials can be processed with their preferred glue types.
