Sir I’m having hair fall my dermatologist suggested zenoxidil and 8x-KT shampoo and iron tablets for tree moths but the tablets are out of my budget shampoo makes my hair and scalp too dry and heard if using zenoxidil it should be for lifetime is there any budget friendly alternatives
The iron tablets you can get for free from any government hospital, Other products looks like minoxidil and ketoconazole shampoo - it is known to cause dryness, use a conditioner after using the shampoo you will be fine. and unfortunately minoxidil is costly and it has to be used life long. There are pricey alternatives but not budget ones.

Better wash daily as you are active person going to the gym daily, you will be accumulating a lot of sweat and oil on your scalp. Thats what i personally do. and take days off when i am not going to the gym like sat and sunday.

Pls dont apply oil, dandruff is due to a fungus which grows by eating oil. so using oil in a dandruff scalp is counter productive.

It seems you have a curling problem, you can either straighten your hair or use a hair gel to hold the hair in place. make sure you are not anaemic, and check your vitamin b12 levels and consult a doctor nearby if you have these deficiencies.

Sekakai is okay, but coconut oil can lead to fungus growth and dandruff, but if you dont have any problems with your hair no worries.
Stage 1 is normal, mine is between stage 2 and 3 brother.
