Ich kenne Deine Situation natürlich nicht. Aber sagen wir mal, Du hättest nostalgische Gründe zurückzukommen: tu es nicht. Das Deutschland, das Du geliebt hast, gibt es nicht mehr. Wir autochthonen Deutschen arbeiten nur noch für andere. Entweder wird das Geld in andere Länder gesendet oder wir holen die Sozialhilfeempfänger ins Land. Und ein guter Teil dieser Menschen verachtet und schadet uns. Als wie schlimm ich das Empfinde, kann ich gar nicht beschreiben. Nach 9 Jahren bildet sich jetzt langsam Widerstand. Aber der Zug ist schon abgefahren und in voller Fahrt. Ein Abbremsen schwer bis unmöglich.

I went to high school outside of Frankfurt as a military brat. I also spent time in the Middle East. I appreciate both places for what they are but very sad to see Frankfurt becoming a fundamentalist stronghold.

Very sad …. Terrible city, was there 3 months ago. It is not what it used to be. You can see all the big corporations like MacDonald etc or some modern “Fusion” restaurant, but not anymore the German food places and retail that made Frankfurt’s character and charm. The street festival is overcrowded just like at the airport. No atmosphere. Awful.
