Teaser Under the Spell of Duchamp

The Antonio Dalle Nogare Collection’s new exhibition is conceived «under the
spell of Marcel Duchamp», curated by Eva Brioschi. Regarded as the forerunner of conceptual art for his commitment to freeing the artist from the yoke of producing works, his desire was to desacralize the artistic gesture.
In the Collection I room, the French Master’s Boîte-en-valise establishes a dialogue with some of the Collection’s recent acquisitions. In the second room, the works are ideally grouped by keywords that resonate with certain founding principles of conceptual art: Pattern, Belief, Tautology, Museum.
