@@TheMarkList Next ride you should definitely ride Tent A Knight Us (aka tendinitis)…there’s a biggish drop on it, but VERY mellow, smooth landing plus lots of good jumps and smaller drops. It’s not a sandy trail, so should be good now.
We should ride sometime if you’re down. I live in bishop and ride most of these trails all the time. I’m pretty familiar with most of these loops as well. I want to ride something gnarlier like thunder down under just don’t know where to look 😕
It’s on Trailforks, but it’s the sandy canyon just down and west of the druids trail. There’s also a trail in the sandy canyon at the top of the hill, the south to north running canyon between the top of the trail system and the houses in chipmunk. You have to push your bike up from high line though on the firefighters hiking trail. . .
@@ken46120 almost all of these trails are on Trail forks. And you can download the files to a Garmin bike computer and then use the map function to navigate to the trails etc.
Nice! It rained last week, the trails were much better this weekend. . Sand wise.
Yeah the sand was deep and dry that day. Definitely a fun segment to work on!
Those tight hairpins (High Line) always mess with me when I'm clipped in..I need to work on that!!

@@tallndorky I saw that trail but wasn't sure how good it was. Love the trail name! Happy new year!
@@TheMarkList it’s one of the better trails, and easily links into no dabs, e-ticket-rusty box spring-blue ball rampage.

For sure!
@@TheMarkList alright great man! When’s the next time you gonna be up at chipmunk? We can try to schedule a ride.

@@tallndorky thanks so much! I'll check it out
I ride there and just wander. I don’t know names but if you have a map that would be helpful. Are you above or below the climbing canyon hike?

@ I guess I need some garmin type of thing then.
