I think V02 means version 2 of that persons stick like they went with a deeper curve then they had before or went with a rounder shaft vs a square shaft they had before. It’s not the curve itself
I also play hockey, I am from Russia myself, I am very impressed with what you are doing, keep up the good work, you still have everything ahead, good luck
This goes to show anyone who chirps a Gretzky or Lemieux for scoring in their era and says McDavid or Ovechkin are soooo much better….just imagine those 2 playing with wood sticks and those bricks for skates. All are amazing players but the equipment has evolved so much and this video shows the dynamic as you look at newer generation stick tech.

Those straight blade sticks are why goalies survived, sort of, without masks in the old days. Then Bobby Hull, and Stan Mikita, started heating the wood blade and putting these absolutely huge curves in them. Especially Hull would whistle slap shots up around the ears. And then the goalies needed masks. How do I know this, I'm old. And as a kid I had friends who used put these huge Bobby Hull curves in their sticks and then whistle pucks up around my ears. Bobby Hull changed the game. And guys like you are the new Bobby Hull. You are literally changing the game like he did.
well, sort of.... jacques plante took a puck to the face from andy bathgate. he left the ice for stitches & returned with the first goalie mask. this well before curves & well before the days of bobby hull & stan makita. those guys fell upon the curve by accident. during practice, makita split the blade of his old northland stick length-wise, but it didn't break all the way. the bottom part below the split was now curved & still attached. makita took a few shots with it, noticed the puck doing crazy things. he was a righty, hull a lefty, & only after that did they start fooling around with curving their own sticks. wasn't too long before the manufacturers ditched the straight blade forever. you're welcome.

Great video, but the V02 on the trigger3 dosent mean the type of curve, it means version it’s the second version manufactured for whoever it was made for. Great vid tho
The V02 curves always had differences I found. Used to cop them from the Syracuse crunch team when I was playing.
