Look at you getting out and getting it early in the season! Great video! Looking forward to see where summer takes you. Ill keep an eye out if i bump into you!
@@karahikes about a mile in you just take a right and head down instead of going to Micheals cabin. It makes a loop. The trail is getting a tad overgrown now that nobody really goes up there. It's VERY worth it. Have fun. Great videos!
Gorgeous area! Really surprised it was so quiet. Love seeing all the Washington beauty in your videos. Thanks for sharing 🙏 Also, congratulations on 1000 subs. You deserve so many more!
Interesting to note how the former reservoir bottom has brushed over except for the active river channel. A few more decades and it will transition to valley bottom forest, as it was before the dam was built.
What a fun trip and seeing those old cabins was a great. Looked like you had the whole trip to yourself too, those are fantastic.
We hoofed the trail that leads to the hot springs a couple years ago. Started at the same TH. It's beautiful out there!
Nice! I haven’t hiked to the hot springs, but it’s on the list! :)
@@karahikes we dragged bikes up it.. really rough.. but the bike ride down was 45 min and amazing 👍

Thanks, take care.
I loved the scenery and look forward to more of your hikes.🌲
Glad you enjoyed it!
Did you make it to Goblin's gate? If not, highly recommend next time you're up the Elwha.
I didn't! I will have to add it to my list.
