Hellooo first x watching and found it interesting because all this x I was downloading it wrong into my silhoutte i clicked on all of them I put extract all oh my I have all these zipped folders on my silhoutte on the right hand side we're I thought it was suppose to be do you know how I could delete all those folders that's in their a button to pick or a icon I can use to delete those folders that's taking up space oh my 😮😮 thank u if theirs a way I can take a pic n email it to you so you can see what I'm talking about maybe 🤔 thank u

I am very disappointed with this program, it says cancel any time, for me it is a lie, I sent 8 emails saying my problem, it tells me what I have to do, I did it and it does not let me cancel, I asked them to please cancel it, they always send me the same thing, I tell them that their system does not let me, they do not read it, the response is automatic, always the same, nobody reads anything, be careful girls
