Filming takes a special skill. Yt made it easy for everyone but man it is all just awful compared to real filming like this.

It felt like Verso was infinitely more thoughtful than his parts this year, and because he was robbed of SOTY last year, Suciu decided to just bombard us with footage so we couldn't ignore him. Hopefully now that he's got it, we can potentially see a Verso part 2, or something as creative as it.
Nah he deserves to just relax and put out a for fun part now. Both of them do. And honestly I’d rather see that from them first anyways

Hopefully with some better board graphics as a start, then a killer video to kick start things again. I really hope Mark winning SOTY can give Habitat a kick in the ass. Legendary company IMO.
Verso was awesome but Milton is a fucking hammer dude. And Thrasher being Thrasher, Milton getting the nod made sense

Props on that Verso part. I've watched it countless times for the song and the skating its just ticked all the boxes for me. Super happy Suciu got skater of the year he seems like a humble dude so good on him. Also this whole little segment kicks ass
Best skater/Filmer combo, they are both geniuses in there own ways, Suciu obviously is an amazing skater, but not just that because there are plenty of good skaters, you can tell he put his everything into parts and thinks of things differently then most, and Justins editing skills are unbelievable, he compliments Marks skating so good with sick angles and perfect song choices

It was awesome when he first came to Detroit and everyone around heard about it. He fakie frontside 5-0ed a crusty out ledge that I had seen before and never thought that shit would’ve been possible but it looked effortless to him.

This is awesome. Hella respect to both of these guys. Growing up skating I knew some great skaters with a lot of potential but didn’t have a solid filmer. Having a solid filmer in your corner who brings the best out of you and who cares about your skating just as much as you do is crucial if your looking to make it happen.
Seeing the evolution of the parts these 2 have put together is awesome. It's never just about one video part, it's about what's next and how they can refine and push their craft in different ways. Makes me even happier to see that Suciu got SOTY as it's a massive achievement for Justin too, who's clearly witnessed more than a few pigeons getting called fuckers.
