- this is an update video about my lenovo laptop purchased on 28 feb 2024
the mother board has been replaced 2nd time and things are getting worse after each replacement. the parts sent for replacement are of very poor quality cant even match the standards of original product shipped by lenovo. that doesnt mean the original product is made of good quality products. the original laptop is itself made of poor quality products due which the laptop didnt last even 15 days and now the replacement products are hell.
in this video i have shown the problem of laptop getting freezed in the middle of work and going for forced shutdown.
the thermals are really bad
the performance has dropped significantly as shon by bench marks and also by gaming performance.
lenovo why do you even sell such poor quality products.India should ban such companies from selling such poor-quality products.
they sell such poor quality products and on top of that they dare to harass the customer by not giving the refund or replacement even after multiple repairs.
lenovo does this especially in india as the rules are not stringent. they dont do such things while selling products in us and thats why they have different terms and conditions for different countries .
lenovo stop harassing people and solve the issues.
File a complaint on consumer court bro. It's because we are commoner Lenovo aknolging this issue

Take data backup Reinstall the os from lenovo website and issue will be resolved. Its causing because of os crash
Bro the processor is incompetent with motherboard lenovo combined that's why hanging and not giving performance. File a suit in consumer court.
How do I check it? i bought LENEVO LOQ i5 13th gen laptop with RTX3050 recently. Not sung frequently but watching these videos I am afraid it might happen to my one too

Bro exactly same issue with my customized LOQ model 13620h , rtx4060. . Game freezes and then laptop tries to restart but gives error "windows boot manager failed.". Is yours customized or lock model. How can I contact u . I need to take some advice from you.

i ordered same model at oct 2023 still running like a charm..i was lucky tbh to buy 2023 model which is gud in terms of quality and performance

Generally every brand send mostly repair motherboard. Current gen loq models have newer motherboard layout due to new thermal design(hyper chamber coldfront). This means you are receiving only this year's faulty motherboards. This is most likely factory defect and will be present on more laptop.
how this can be a factory defect i know many loq owners facing no issues

I also have loq and i get fps high but is not smooth while playing like in 200fps it feels like 30fps
How much time it took for you to get it delivered ?
I have also ordered an customised Legion 5i pro i9 14k, 4070 but worried about the delivery time

are you sure u serviced your laptop from lenovo authenticated service center?
Yes .I have adp of 3 years so they send in an enginear who comes with the part to our location to fix the laptop

Some are saying there was issue in Feb 2024 batch of LOQs which is now cleared, is anyone here who has recently purchased this? I want to buy a 14700HX cpu laptop with 4060 and I dont have a budget for Legion. Should i buy this laptop now?
go for legion i have this same variant no issues faced but for a free mind after purchase go for legion

Take any but remember to take it from offline store not online .Online are mostly defectives.
Maybe its with intel cpu. And maybe bios update or rollbak bios update
Now i will not buy any Lenovo laptop. Seen my videos of lenovo poor service and cheap material used in loq series.
Gpu temps are really high maybe they forgot to apply thermal paste on gpu or poor application of thermal paste.

Hey mate i got delivered the LOQ Ryzen 7 7840HS, RTX 4050 today itself (23rd June) from Flipkart, hoping how it would perform, i am too much worried about the talks going on in TH-cam about LOQs battery drain & MB dead issue, have you found any of the mates using the same variant that i bought, facing any issue. Please help I have 7 days refund/replace policy in my hand.
Also do give idea how could I test the laptop upto the maximum extent so I could capture any of the damm issues in it.

Don't return bro. AMD Ryzen series is highly optimized with the motherboard of Lenovo LOQ. It can't handle only Intel HX processors. I too order same model as you have mentioned above for 71k INR from flipkart its been more than 14 days but there's no issue yet now. I am assuring you after testing some heavy fps games like GTA 5 and Cyberpunk 2077 on this PC. Hence I would strongly recommend you to keep this laptop if got it in a good deal.

People have been using Lenovo Legion laptops for years without issues I have read in the comments section of your previous video.
I think this is happening with 14 gen cpu not with its base varient

can u hear laptop's fan sound increasing when playing game as i can see ur cpu and gpu temps are very very high espacially gpu. ur gpu should be under 80c .
and also try running ur laptop in custom mode with fans maxed out manually if u haven't
Yes laptop makes loud fan noise while playing games. I don't know what kind of service they do.

@@13anishkumar23 yes they send used mother boards for repair that's what enginear said.they have a factory setup in bangalore to start manufacturing products in india .now they take in all the defective parts .fix them and send it to other customers for repair .

Test your unit properly with different games and if found defective then get it replaced or refunded as soon as possible

u shud pres win+ctrl+left_shift+b for the gpu restart and that`s it
It happens every 15 min once .it happens even when browsing . So I can't keep pleasing those keys every 15 min

The enginear said the motherboard is defective and Ram is also defective so they are replacing both.
