1. What is a skin tag ,
Skin tag is a benign growth of the skin tissue which usually is asymptomatic meaning it give you any problems other than its presence
2. What causes skin tag
Skin tags are usually seen at the sites of friction so friction is the number one reason due to which you might be getting the skin tags
Skin tags might be due to normal process of aging and its completely normal to develop skin tags as you age
Skin tags may be a skin sign of insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome because insulin is a growth hormone and when that is increased in body it gives signal to various tissue in the body to grow
It might be due to genetics as few individuals are more prone to develop skin tags compared to others
3 how do you prevent them from happening
Obvious you cannot control the genetics so its not an option
Friciton is an avoidable cause which can be done by using loose fitting cloths , avoiding jewelry or any thing which causes friction
You do exercise and diet to improve your metabolic health which not only helps to avoid getting skin tags but also improves your over all health and quality of life
All these modifications helps to avoid getting new ones but you cannot reverse the existing ones just by doing these things, getting it removed is the only way out
And you might still get new ones even after doing this modifications as a part of normal aging
Let us some of the popular home remedies for these skin tags
a. The most common one we see in our country is people advising to tie females hair or cows tail hair around the tag till it falls off , though this might look interesting but still its very risky thing to do as the hair is not sterile it can spread infection to the skin tag as it strangulates the lesion and soon lead to necrosis , and if proper care is not given it can lead to spread of infections to adjacent health skin leading to cellulitis or gangrene. So i would not advice you to try to strangulate them in home
b. Applying strong chemicals to the lesion like salicylic acid , though the tag may fall down the high concentrations of solution will damage the surrounding skin which might lead to pigmentation and scarring
If you are removing the skin tag on your own be cautious about 2 things
Number one : make sure the thing which you are removing is a skin tag because a lot things in dermatology looks like skin tag for example it can be a melanoma and when you try to remove them you might spread the tumor to distant sites
Number two : necrosis and infection
There are en number of things which look like skin tags like
Neurofibroma
Cherry angioma
Scc
Keratoacanthoma
Pyogenic granuloma
So get a clear picture i would suggest you to visit a trained dermatologist who will be able to make a proper diagnosis
And its also necessary to rule out syndromes associated with the skin tags like brit hog dube syndrome where a person develops multiple skin tags on the face and neck
And our doctor will also evaluate you for insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome at the same time
6 how do you remove them
The most commonly used method is to do and electro cautery as i am doing here after anesthetizing the region
The second is to use liquid nitrogen to freeze the lesion which later falls off on its own
7 after the procedure is done make sure to protect the area from sun exposure to prevent post inflammatory pigmentation and don't forget to apply antibiotic cream prescribed by your doctor to prevent any secondary infection

The motherboard problems is with intel not with amd ryzen. So if you are going to buy this laptop, get the customizable loq with amd ryzen 8845hs + rtx 4060 8gb or go with the lenovo legion slim 5 with the amd ryzen 7840hs with rtx 4060.

I purchased a LOQ on 08/05/2024. Just five days after the purchase, I discovered that one of the RAM slots was not working. I took the laptop to the service center, and after 18 days of repairs, I received it back on the 4th of June with a replaced motherboard and RAM. However, after using the laptop for a day, I found that the camera was not working. On 08/06/2024, I submitted the laptop for repairs again. Later, the service center suggested doing a DOA (Dead on Arrival), and the shop where I purchased the laptop gave me the option of replacing the laptop but not providing a refund. After many calls with customer care and numerous tweets on the Lenovo page, I finally got a new laptop. I chose the LOQ with a Ryzen 7, and it has been running well so far. Watching this from a Lenovo LOQ AHP9 (AMD Ryzen 7 8845hs, RTX 4060), i dont have any single problem. Good performance, good battey life 8-9 hours using office programs/youtube and programming. And 3-4 hours gaming
Motherboard Problem is due to intel 13/14th gen malfunctioning. Motherboard malfunctioning is also happening in other company laptops as well. Battery drain is also on intel variants only but that issue is on Lenovo's side of things.

@@devaprasadpaul64 I never had any lag with it and it has a integrated gpu as well so there's not much problem with the battery where as in the new variant of LOQ, there is no intetgrated gpu (7435hs) which makes battery last only an hour as it is on rtx 4050

It looks like the motherboard might not be the problem after all. It seems Intel has confirmed that there's an issue with its 13th and 14th Gen processors. You are wrong bro...the issue with 13th and 14th gen processor that has been addressed by intel are strictly desktop processors and not laptop processors...there is nothing wrong with laptop 13th and 14th gen chipsets

I think it's problem with Intel chips which are getting hotter and the small laptop chasis is not able to cool it efficiently . One of my friend had purchase Alienware in 2019 and it's working good till today but it was purchased from us. So ask few more people who own dell and you will get a openion

The engineer are not trained properly, they are seeing TH-cam video and play with our laptop like trying to prepare new dish & created new problem. I really felt bad about lenovo product, wasted 61k. I think you can get a refund say that you are not satisfied with the product as machine is not working up to the mark. If they insist on any defect you can play some high end game and record a video of drop in battery when connected to charger or you can make a video of screen bleed as these laptops have a lot of screen bleed as I have shown in previous videos
