That's just amazing. The amount your thigh bends back at 2:34 is the exact amount I'm able to bend my leg... from the front. I don't even know how to begin stretching my ligaments to be able to lie on my back with straight legs, let alone be this bendy one day. This is certainly something I will look forward to achieving. Keep these amazing videos coming, and maybe show some easier exercises in between for us beginners. ;)
I will try to figure this out for ones with less flexible muscles. However, I have never not been able to do this as I have always kept up with movement to maintain this flexibility. If any other followers have progress suggestions please let me [us] know!

Are you free of spasm? Wir or without medicine?
I am T6 Para too and suffer from very strong spasm in my legs. Thats why a lot of moves do not work.
I have spasms. I am not on any drugs for them.
They do not continue forever. I move slowly through them.

I don't know if my bones are brittle. I get my first ever bone density scan next week.

So like, basically, you build cabinets and shelves and ramps and stuff like that, but lower to the ground so wheelchairs can access them?
