I would have loved you sell the concept of basement parking for the cars first. Kitsuru is more upmarket so space, unique and prime amenities are a must sharing. Otherwise, I will still shoot for my Kitengela's 1.5 acres and continue building the Mansion.

In future, try showing the house more rather than the furniture. I've seen the camera man/lady direct the camera under tables and furniture.

for what is the kitchen hood, when this is not hooked up to the outside, this blows all the fume right back, ang why they always häng up the cabinetts to high, max. hight is 60cm above the counter so you are be able to reach the top shelfe !

Yes, i have noticed majority hang the cabinets too high. You'd need a ladder to use them
