Broadly speaking, an economy is an interrelated system of human labor, exchange, and consumption. An economy forms naturally from aggregated human action - a spontaneous order, much like language. Individuals trade with each other to improve their standards of living. Improved standards of living are made possible when labor is more productive. Productivity is driven by specialization, technological innovation, and working capital. The only sustainable way for an economy to grow is through increased productivity.
Defining an Economy
Most economies are distinguished from one another by regional boundaries (the U.S. economy, the Chinese economy, the economy of Colorado), although that distinction has become less accurate with the rise of globalization. It doesn't take a planned government effort to create an economy, but it does take one to restrict and artificially mold it.
The fundamental nature of economic activity only differs from place to place based on the restrictions placed on economic actors. All human beings are faced with resource scarcity and imperfect information. The economy of North Korea is very different from South Korea, despite a similar heritage, people, and set of resources. It's public policy that makes their economies so distinct.

Professor, you missed very imp point. If MSME’s get loans, hiring will take place indirectly resulting in consumer spending. If loans were given to common people without restrictions, most of them will be defaulted. I think what government did is good. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I have a doubt that when you said that there is no demand side measures or employment related things in package
If in case msme's are not getting help through these liquidity measures I don't think they can survive which would result in loss of employment but because of this policy I think they stopped losing jobs that means indirectly it is almost equal to generation of jobs
And moreover in ground level all the prices of goods and services has gone up (essential commodities) due to various supply chain issues
So if government gives any direct transfer benefit, mostly it would raise the prices more and this would be of no use for anyone or I can say it is not so beneficial as many people think
It would be better when all the supply chain activity revives to implement schemes such as direct transfer schemes
We have goods in abundance - but how to reach them to the final consumer in the Covid -19 is a big ???? Then what it is called ?? please. Wait that barter system will be order of the day soon.

బీజేపీ లోని ప్రస్తుత నాయకత్వ దరిద్రానికి పడే ఓట్లు ఆర్థిక అంశాల మీద ఆధార పడి లేవు, ఒక మతం లోని సగానికి పైగా జనాలు చేసిన, చేస్తున్న అతి వాద చర్యలే ప్రాణ వాయువు. కాంగ్రెస్ ఏమన్నా ఇలాంటి ఆర్థిక విషయాల వాటి మీద మాట్లాడుతుందా ? పార్లమెంట్ తెరిస్తే kasmir వర్గపు జనాలు వేరే, వాళ్ళకి ప్రత్యేక హక్కులు అంటాడు, తరువాత సమావేశాల్లో npr, nrc లో వాళ్ళని ఎందుకు వేరు చేశారు, వాళ్ళు సమానమే అంటాడు. ఇలా ఉంటే బీజేపీ కి ఎప్పటికి అధికారం పోవాలి ? ఇంక ఉత్పత్తి అనేది ఉపాధి లేకుండా ఎలా సాధ్యం ? ఆ ఉపాధి ఉన్నోళ్లు కొనుగోలుదారులే కదా. కాకపోతే 2014 తరువాత డైరెక్ట్ టాక్స్ పేయర్ కి బీజేపీ చేసింది శున్యం.
