If we didn't add anyone in the Send Us, then no one will able to send email from the Shared mail box. But any one in the organization can able to send mail to Shared Mail box Am i right?

Maybe its due to permission related issue. Can you access the shared mailbox using OWA?
Suggest to create a equipment mailbox and apply it.

Do we need required licence for share mail box . Or we can use u licence
You can use shared mailbox to store up to 50 GB of data without assigning a license to it.

You can't create with the same name.
DL and shared mail box both are different.
